O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso e limpo e com excelente vista. Café da manhã bom, sem variedade. O grande problema é que o hotel recebe diversos eventos, casamentos etc. E os hóspedes são deixados de lado é impossível usar os serviços de piscina, restaurante e bar. Os atendentes não dão atenção e pedem paciência e se você vai para relaxar é quase impossível. Nos quatros dias que estive no hotel só aproveitei um sem eventos.

Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good.

The hotel is well located, right on the beach. The common areas were actually nice looking. The rooms were a bit tired (paint dirty, tile broken, mold in shower, drain wouldn't drain properly, etc.) The bed and pillows were fabulous. The staff was great, breakfast was very good and plenty of it. I'd go back, for sure.

It is an outdated hotel. Pool supplies (towels, etc) are in a disgrace condition. They should be ashamed they give those to customers.

The place is clean and has an incredible view because is in front of the beach, it has nice swimming pools and the restaurant is very good, but it doesn’t have a fitness center and there are no divisions between smoking and no smoking rooms, and the smell of smoke is fiktered to your room if an adjacent room has smoker people, also tap water has a foul smell

Quite a long way from town. More of a business hotel. Ticks all the boxes in terms of practicalities & has decent breakfast buffet, other than that disappointing. Mediocre sea views, chairs on terrace covered in bird poo.

I have been going to this Hotel in Arica since the 70's and has always been my favorite in Arica. The excellent location for a relaxing time wether for beach, for ocean views, for walks on the coast or into town, terrace lunches or evening meals, lounging by the pool and their kids programs, make it superb. They have maintained it well over the years and continuous upkeep keeps it pleasant. The personnel very accommodating. Will continue making yearly visits.

On the edge of town, about a five min cab ride from the centre of things ... But is on a beach, very quiet, and a good restaurant. The operations manager, whose name escapes me, cudnt have been more helpful and sorted out our airline reservation mixup for us. He should be the hotel chains president someday.
