The lady staffs were very rude. They let the foreigner checked in first even if we arrived earlier than them. We've waited for almost 5 hours and they didn't told us that the room was ready. The staffs do not speak English, they are just using the English translator on their phones. The room has a bad smell and the beds were as hard as rock. They didn't also changed the towels. I will not recommend this hotel, my worst experienced ever!
