City Inn OCT Loft Branch

So so.

Terrible service. Booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday and we were greeted with the front desk saying our room wasn’t available anymore. Claimed they phoned me a few days prior to confirm. Surely if a guest does not answer a call, you follow up with an email? Funny thing is, at 1am of my booking, they said my two rooms wouldn’t be next to each other. So first they claim I didn’t confirm them a few days before, yet a few hours before check in, they’re telling me about my room. Their solution? 1. Take us to a nearby hotel for a room 2. Pay for a cheaper room (but couldn’t give us a refund as Expedia deals with it. So they want us to pay MORE money to them due to their fault) Finally after persistence, two rooms magically became available. This sort of management shouldn’t be happening. It caused a bad start to a birthday trip. What made it worse was the girl at check out was also rude too. Seems like it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. It’s a big shame because the area and the business room isnt too bad.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s right next to lots of cafes and restaurants in the OCT Loft area. The front desk was very efficient too. The room was nice. The furniture was not quite as good as it seems in the photos, but it was clean and comfortable. The added bonus of a bathtub was a good surprise.

Overall was good.

Room is very new and very clean, good design. Good fixtures like charging points and big tv. Location is near nice restraunts and in the vicinity of OCT, a creative industry park, aplenty with cafes and museums. Reception staff can be more proactive. The soundproofing of the rooms can be made better.

Condition is not too good,far away from metro station, and it still under construction, service is soso and we cannot close the washroom door tightly, and bathing water is not good, room is small and noisy

Walking distance to subway station is a bit long. But easy to wave taxis from.hotel. Good restaurants and cafes in neighbourhood. OCT Creativity Zone is close and an interesting place to.visit

Very good location ! Right in the center of everything , surrounding with cafe and restaurants and supermarket . Simple and clean and the bed is comfortable

位於文化園區裡面，吃東西方便，地鐵走路約10分鐘可抵達。大廳白天沒開空調有點悶熱，房間鏡子上有燒焦痕跡，詢問客房服務說是正常的本來就這樣...mhhh....ok~ 單純住宿方面的話還行。整潔方面還可以加強：）

晚上12時多...不斷有人打進我房間..騷擾我休息 已向前台投訴, 但他們沒有幫助我們.

地板有微微滲水出來...本以為是洗澡出來腳沒乾造成的，其它方面還算不錯

整體來說都很滿意，就是隔音不好，整晚都聽到走廊有人行走、關門聲音；另外，打電話到前台想取多兩個枕頭，等了很久都沒拿來，再打電話給回覆是已經派完，只是忘了跟我說⋯，有點被忽略的感覺。

早餐有待改善，酒店簡潔，員工服務態度良好。地點理想，步行到創意文化園十分方便。整體算是不錯的小型酒店

只住了一晚，尚不錯。

房間空間足夠，整體還算整潔。 房間內基本設備齊全，如果再能提供USB插頭和剃鬍刀就更好。 另外房間隔音比較差，經常會聽到鄰房或走廊內的人說話和腳步聲。 住宿有包早餐，但是確實令人很失望。食物味道很一般，感覺放得都涼了，選擇又少。寧願不用提供早餐，降低一點房費更好。
