It was our first family trip to Shanghai and mainland China. From the moment we arrived at Conrad, the staff warmly welcomed us. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. Special thanks to Benjamin and Camille for their exceptional support despite my limited Mandarin, they made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai

I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.

I have stayed twice in this hotel already, 1st time was a business trip, and the second time with my family. Room is spacious perfect for us traveling with kids. The location is excellent so fair warning, prepare your wallet since there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area. I also recommend availing of the breakfast. It's really good with a variety of food options.

After visiting Conrad Beijing I’ve to say that Conrad Shanghai fares behind in both service and environment. Beijing’s Conrad had a much better room, better service and grand environment. The food at level 1 burger + sandwich was really good though. Shanghai rooms were also much more expensive I may choose another venue to stay if I’m back! Overall it’s pleasant but nothing to shout about.

Ive stayed at many hotels on nanjing road, this is one of the better ones. The staff was nice and helpful. The morning buffet is great (if you got that option) and the dinner one is decent.
The area around this hotel can be a hustle and bustle, but that is expected since youre located right next to a popular tourist street.
