I am an American citizen and I was asked to report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office in USA after I was already checked in the hotel. This was beyond my control and something unexpected and uncontrolled by me. I was very surprised by this notice for me to report asap. I am most that Hilton is so uncaring and unconcerned and very rigid and not accommodating to the guest and their American government agency demands of the guest reporting to the agency and hotel just robbed me of my hard earned money. I will never again go to the Hilton hotel anywhere.

I have been four times since 3 years ago and i love it. it is only necessary go inside to feel a really good smell, the hotel is modern and the check in/out is fast. one suggestion is better english for the front desk people the room is amazing, modern, good view, spacius and more amenities than you can need. the pool area is like a be in a spa and the gym have everything you need to be fit.
