Empark Prime Hotel Beijing

Amazing hotel, great value for money, location and staffs! Cannot ask for anything more!

The design of bathroom is terrible. Toilet stall is separated from shower with a wall but sharing one very heavy, hard to pull sliding glass door (rusting?). You will expose the person on the other side if pulls the door close to use toilet or shower. Both spaces are tiny to move around. There is no inside handle to slide the door open, especially coming out shower wet, I have to use both hand digging into the metal door frame edge and pull really hard to open the door (you will definitely damage your fingernail/polish). Housekeeping always forget to refill one or two items. Coffee maker in room is so old and malfunction, you have to try 2-3 time to make work then you will waste one or two coffee pods. The robe lining is not cotton but clinging no absorption polyester, it is so unpleasant to wear especially after shower or bath. Look out the window, you will see a large, very noisy open unclean paper/box/plastic waste packing/rapping yard, and tractors come and go loading unloading with loud noise constantly throughout the day.

We had wonderful 6 nights stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing. We were upgraded to executive club, paid 399rmb a day to enjoy breakfast, tea and happy hour. The service throughout my visit was excellent, Vicky 何连怡 at 云顶 club was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The concierge service was particularly helpful, collected a lot of my online parcels on my behalf. One of the best features of the hotel is its convenient location—just about 150 meters from the 中国美术馆 (National Art Museum of China) metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. This location is near to most of the tourist attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in the heart of Beijing.

Awesome! The concierge, Mr. Will Wang was so helpful that made our stay even better. The cleaning service was excellent as well no matter staying at 6th or 9th floor.

Incredible hotel design with modern facilities . The hotel’s location was fantastic to visit the historical sites of Beijing and the staff really helpful to book tickets and transport for the different sites we wanted to visit.

Everything great good breakfast didi to your foyer

We checked in morning but when we returned in the evening they did not record the earlier checkin and we had wait >30min for their checking and recheck in. Rooms finally assigned were still good though with complimentary fruits as apology.
