房東忘記我們的訂單，所以checkin 的時候，房間根本還沒打掃，只能等他們掃完，另外，房東一點誠意也沒有，還怪我們沒有告訴他checkin時間！也叫我們有任何抱怨，直接找訂房平台，他們無法做任何補償，建議大家來上海選擇其他飯店入住，不然一肚子氣。
The worst checkin experience ever! They forgot our booking date so didn’t clean the room. We waited over one hours for our room. They only said because we didn’t tell them the checkin time, that’s the reason we cannot checkin on time. Excuse me? It seems all are customer ‘s faults. Please don’t book this apartment unless you want a worst trip in your life!
