We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff blew us away with their professional attitudes and excellent customer service. I traveled with 2 kids and they walked away with huge smiles on their faces due to the hotel's complementary sleeping tents in the room as well as stuffed Panda gifts from the room service staff and the buffet staff! I have never felt like a VIP but after this stay I must say Lilly and her team went way out of their way to make us feel at home!!! THANK YOU for making our trip memorable!!!

Checkup was complicated, the staff wasn't clear on how to process our booking with hotels.com. The restaurant upstairs had very limited drink and food options. Breakfast was excellent though and the rooms were great.

Staff are very pleasant. Room is clean and comfy and well equipped. I liked the most of the USB plugs all over the room which is a necessity of today's life. This is a perfect for business trip but may a bit far away from the old town.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE BATHROOM AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE
WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A COUPLE OF NIGHTS BECAUSE WE VISITED A PANDA CENTER CLOSE TO CHENGDU. WE CHECKED IN AT 1:00AM THEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER OUR VISIT TO THE PANDA CENTER, WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL AND SLEPT UNTIL 3:00AM TO GET READY FOR OUR FLIGHT TO HONG KONG SO

IT WAS A SURPRISE FOR US TO SEE AT THE RESTAURANT WHERE A EASTER BUFFET SERVICE WAS OFFERED THEY HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE EATING BUT SEVERAL TABLES WERE NEVER CLEANED UP, MOST HAD DIRTY DISHES AND NOBODY PICKED THEM UP. THE RESTAURANT WAS A MESS FULL OF PEOPLE, CHILDREN SCREAMING, RUNNING AROUND THE PLACE AND DIRTY TABLES.
