Love this hotel! We were upgraded to a larger room. Hotel is connected to a mall with lots of eating option in the lower level. Stayed for 3 nights and will surely come back again. First time staying in a Oriental Mandarin Hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. Wonderful staff! Will try other Mandarin Hotel in other parts of the world.

We got an email saying we have complimentary drinks and beer so we drank it. After when we checked out they say our room was not qualified for the free drinks. I was very upset as to why I got the email in the first place if my room was not qualified.

前台登記入住員工不太友善，本來2點已出示2人證件登記入住但因為房間清潔中，所以等房間時出去用餐，回來已經晚上想取房卡，報上名字說沒有我們2人的登記，明明一早登記。中英文名都說沒有，還說只證記一個人，來來回回前台人員不耐煩。作為客人很無奈

This is a very luxurious hotel, the room was expertly cleaned everyday and the gym and spa area was immaculate and probably the best I have experienced in terms of quality and facilities. Initially we had a room facing the main junction which we found a bit noisy. We got moved to a room on the opposite side which was much quieter. I am sensitive to sound so maybe other guests would be fine.
The Michelin star restaurant was amazing for a treat and not too expensive. Breakfast is fantastic quality albeit a bit pricey.
Only negative is level of English amongst front desk staff varies from excellent to non-existent, so it depends on your luck the kind of service you get.
