Very Friendly staff. Mr. Luigi, the front desk supervisor helped a lot with recommendations, and many other questions. Was very polite and knowledgeable with very good English. Other staff memeber were always ready to help. Some had very little English

We had a truly comfortable and luxurious stay at the Mandarin Oriental. From the beautiful setting to the thoughtful details, everything felt special and well taken care of. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, the staff responded with great attentiveness and professionalism, welcoming our feedback with a positive attitude. They even surprised our toddler with a lovely gift, which made the experience extra memorable for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would be happy to return.

Like: Excellent customer service, all staff were professional, nice and helpful. Concierge helped me book train tickets when I checked out. Don't like: 1. The check in process was horrible; I booked the room 2 months in advance, and paid in full. Arrived after 5pm after a long flight, and the room was not ready, had to wait, then when I came up the room, the cleaning lady was still cleaning the room. 2. The carpet in the hall is so dirty and worn out, I feel bad for my shoes.

The river view was amazing from our room, though the room structure was a bit odd. Staff was pleasant and able to converse in English which was a relief. Location of the property is excellent and there is a shuttle service to nearby locations that is very convenient.

Look, I know this is a five star hotel, so you would expect good service… but these guys are absolutely excellent. We arrived on an early flight at 8.30am but they upgraded us so we could check in early for a nap… but only after we had breakfast (breakfast in the morning of arrival is a new one on me!) Flawless, chic and a breakfast so good i don’t even know what to say about it.
