Knowing that it is under New World Group, I have selected this hotel for my business together with my colleagues. Hotel is clean, everything is good except my experience during my check in, a counter of 3 staffs in a reception, 2 very green and one probably a senior, asking me to go to other staffs as she has to check in one by one......I did not want to voice out my displeasure as we already arrived late but this is not something I would accept for a hotel of this calibre.

very comfortable - we turned up in shorts and t shirts after 12 hour train trip in countryside so looking a little travel weary and think hotel more used to men in suits though after initial surprised looks staff very friendly and helpful and felt very relaxed

Service staff at breakfast was plain lazy. Whilst it was early in the morning at 6.30am and I was one of 2 hotel guests having breakfast, I had to motion them over to ask for my coffee. They had instead chose to talk amongst themselves.

Super enthusiastic staff, and an overall very nice stay. The pool was nice too but was occupied due to a wedding. Hotel gave us complementary cake and flowers because of my girlfriends birthday. Good breakfast!

Our stay was great in terms of accommodations and service. However we did find limited staff that could converse with us in English but we managed ok. We were a little surprised because it was a better business hotel. Walking around the area was difficult due to the amount of traffic and construction nearby blocking pedestrian sidewalks. This is not the hotel's problem though. It is in a location you can get around to sites by taxi if necessary.
