Staff didn't share the right locations. Directed wrong locations. Welcome drinks missing. They just kept quiet until check out time we saw a standing signboard abt welcome drinks for room guests. Room was not really clean and noisy when people talking outside the door, old which we paid SGD9guests.

We were given room 1004 and it is haunted. Our room was blackout and in total darkness for 4 times as the room card flew off to the ground by itself breaking the circuit. It was on the ground each after we placed it back, we immediately request for changing of room and no questions were asked by the front desk.

The hotel has a good location near Hongling metro station and Grand Theater Metro Station. There is a mall nearby and the room is very comfy. We didn't like the smoky smell in the hallways/elevators and that the pool was closed in July 2020.
