Orange Hotel (Guangzhou Ouzhuang Metro Station)

The hotel was good, it was convienent to where I needed to go

Overall it is a good and decent hotel. The only let down is the bed. Hard like METAL!!!

During our stay on 14-18/10/14, the staff are very friendly, especially Ms Jane. She can speak fluent english and always ready to help. When the day we check in, our booking was 2 single bed, smorking floor even though we had requested with Expedia, the man whom serve us said today no room for queen bed and non smorking floor. Jane overheard and tell him to offer us other room with non smorking floor.the next day we request to put on an extra layer of blanket becouse we find the bed is hard for us and she immediate reply no problem. The location of this hotel is easy access to restaurants, including Muslim food, breakfast was good, more to western type. To go to opposite of restaurants, u just walk into the metro station, exit to D and u are across the road. From Baiyun airport u take Line3, exchange at Yantang, tske Line 6 Exit at Ouzhang metro. Good location to travel to Haizhu Complex, Zhangsholu. (Exit D2, turn right, go straight down, u will eeach Shangxiajiu Lu - shopping paradise for cheap and affordable clothes, bags, food etc ). We will highly recommend to zll my friends and relative to stay at this hotel and we will stay here when we visit to Guangzhou again.

The location is great, just right outside of the Ouzhuang exit A on lines 5 and 6 interchange and there is a 7-11 downstairs for any last minute needs. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. However, we were surprised when we got there that according to regulations, only 2 people maximum can stay in a room. Our party was a party of three and we were forced to get another room at the normal cost. Be aware of this when booking...

The hotel is newly renovated, spacious and nice. The mtr station is just next door, 1 min only. Staff is helpful

Jovenstars is a good example of what I'd call a "high quality essentials hotel". The rooms are comfortable and well designed, it's in a great location right next to two subway lines and the room rates are very affordable. It's not a posh or fancy hotel, but it's new and the rooms have everything you need and the furnishings are high quality. The shower was especially good. Great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended from me.

Close to subway station; many good restaurants within walking distance to choose from

This hotel has a good location near to Metro (MRT) station and 7-11. Helpful staffs provide good service. Comfortable room.

I stayed at this for 4 days and really enjoyed the services of the hotel, staff english is ok, breakfast too is ok, generally is a good place to stay. i will be staying here again.

The hotel near to ouzhuang station exit A. The staff can understand English and not so bad reply our question. The most important the room toilet.. not a see through like typical Chinese hotel. Thank you. Will stay there again

Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel is right next to a metro station so easy to get around.

We eventually found the hotel, our taxi driver couldn't read a word of English. Once there, about 10 mins from Guangzhou East train station, welcomed warmly. Staff English is ok. We made it to our room on the non smoking 12th floor, opened door & hit with stale cigarette smoke. Had to move rooms, which was not a problem at all. Room comfortable, clean, bed really hard though, almost like sleeping on a thin futon. Breakfast in restaurant was good, great mix of east meets west style food. We were not after glitz & glamour, just affordable, comfortable & safe lodging. Jovenstars had this. Great little wine education posters in room & lift areas. Would stay again if beds were softer.

The room was very nice. Thecwifi is weak in the room. The lobby is in 3rd floor No bar and restaurants

We enjoyed our time at the Hotel very much. The staff were friendly and efficient. When next in China we will be staying there.
