I always stayed at the Swisshotel that is closed for renovation. This hotel is across the street and very similar. Note the reception desk is inside the Polyplaza Theatre lobby.

Location is not correct , 10 mins walk luggage from AirPort Express train is a long walk with zero directions .Also note no elevator at translation.Try to order room service as declined charge to room and insisted on payment .

Only one elevator worked ,,,,,,,,,,,everyone had to wait forever And when I tryed to stay a few more nights they wanted to much Cheap very small bottle water suppyed and very high price if you drink from the room stock The staff were all very nice gerry
