qingle hotel

something odd with this review, im not allowed to give 1 star, it is automatically rated as 5 star, please traveloka rating is not correct! this hotel is very terrible!! so far this is the worst hotel in my life! first, i booked the hotel at traveloka, by location. on the map, it shown located in huangpu area, near nanjing road. as someone who is not familiar with the address, i trust the map, and i did check on google, same location, on the people's park. after walking at night searching for this hotel, apparently this hotel is in huangpu road, not huangpu area, which is not closed, located closer to lujiazui. then the manager was still arguing and not helpful. giving room upgrade and free breakfast (which is only thin ham egg sandwich with a cup of takeaway coffee), i was about to forget about the potential intention to mask their location which is very very hard to find (please dont believe the picture!), they are located inside the ji hotel, but climbing up the dodgy apartment. the room doesnt have tv too. tonight, the aircon is broken, i made a complaint, and the staff said it was because the ac is a sensory type, and because currently outdoor is a little bit cooler (around 15c), she told me that the aircon couldnt be operated, and asked me to open the window overnight instead and using the outdoor air temperature! unbelievable!!! please dont get trapped by this hotel!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful...and was even kind enough to help me with a doctor's appointment when I needed help. The room was also very clean...and close to the city center.
