Renaissance Xi'an Hotel

We arrived at the Renaissance Xi'an Hotel without particularly high expectations, but the hotel exceeded them in every way. We had a truly enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge. The evening offerings included an excellent variety of high-quality food, making it one of the better hotel lounges we have experienced. Breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection of choices and excellent service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were traveling with my 89-year-old father-in-law, and as soon as we arrived, the team immediately provided a wheelchair without us having to ask, which made a tremendous difference and demonstrated their commitment to guest care. The hotel itself is modern and fun, with several service robots that deliver items to guest rooms, adding a unique touch to the experience. Our room was comfortable, offered a nice view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—especially appreciated during the summer heat. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On our departure day, the hotel securely stored our luggage while we spent the day exploring Xi'an. They also graciously extended our checkout until 3:00 PM, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent experience.
