Breakfast changed each day and was very tasty but the quality itself was quite average, but totally above average for the low price of the hotel.
Bathroom did have some mould but mostly not a problem. Amazing towels and hairdryer.
Absolute loveliest cleaning and kitchen staff, limited English but so sweet and kind and helpful.

The staff was hospitable and helpful. If there was a language barrier, Google translate to the rescue. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Food prepared well with great presentation. The laundry facilities were a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again.

My second time staying here & have enjoyed both times! The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Shanghai – no cramped vibes at all. Staff were super friendly and made check-in/out a breeze.
The rooftop terrace is a major win with good city views. While it's not right on the Bund, it's an easy 15-min walk to Nanjing Road and the action (plus you're in a more local area with great food options). Not far from Yu yuan garden too which is a bonus.
Perfect for travelers who want a relaxed stay with easy access to Shanghai's hotspots.
