Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple.

Right across street from line 14 Wuding Station. A 10 minute walk each way to a variety of restaurants. Close to Jian’An Temple. Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good but never changed…

i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it!

Hotel is right opposite the subway, below cafe which you can have breakfast. This hotel should be rated 5-stars! They provided porridge (dinner) and diy washing machine which is a need for all travellers.

Have to change a room due to light smoke smell despite being a non-smoking hotel. The friendly staff upgraded me to a better class room. Staffs are very helpful with my other needs like how to set up Food Delivery service and looking up information for an Acrobat show. Front desk staff that are helpful and friendly - Lumi, Ruby and Max. The housekeeping staff on 8th floor is exceptional, making us feel at home while away.

near jingan temple, mrt station is just round the corner, very convenient, toilet and shower are separated, which is amazing, bed is also very comfortable, i fall asleep immediately each time my head touches the pillow housekeeping staff on the 10th floor is super friendly, and won’t take no for an answer even if you tell her some cleaning services are not required my room faces the police station so it’s a bit comforting(?) to know that the police station is so near

It is a very clean space in the hotel room with wonderful location in Jing'an neighborhood. It is very accessible to plenty of more local restaurants and cafes along Yu Yuan road. The toilet also offers a heated seat and bidet which was a great feature for the room. There are also some tech savvy gadget such as a smart device and push button for electronic curtains. The front desk staff, however, has very limited english and likely should get better training in working with foreign tourists. My partner and I also had an incident where the metal screw cap (the size of a baseball in diameter) on the ceiling fixture fell on top of her head as we entered into our room. This was brought to attention of the staff, as it is a safety hazard. She tried to offer us a discount on our next stay, but due to language barrier and lack of a local phone number on wechat, we did not get any sort of reimbursement for our troubles.

Excellent cleaning service, friendly room service! However, the curtain has a slit which may let the sunlight gets in when fully closed.

I love the self served washer and dryer which is very convenient when traveling light with the family. Also the gym is a must for me. Free breakfast offered by Expedia upgrade is amazing. Love the options of both eastern and westerns. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only 2 minutes away from closest subway station.

Very good location. The air conditioning in the room had a bit problem and was sorted later. The breakfast is just ok for the price. The staff at the breakfast counter is unbelievable rude and unprofessional. I have to change to different hotel in the middle of the stay because of the unpleasant experience at breakfast.
