Hotel is in a walkable location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The daily breakfast was good. we especially like the fruit platter on check-in date and the daily free afternoon tea/bakery/fruit snacks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel if you are visiting Xi'an.

Excellent stay at Eastern House - clean spacious rooms and good breakfast and afternoon tea. The only problem was finding the hotel when we got there - the taxi driver also didn’t have a clue. It also doesn’t show on any of the maps. Convenient location nonetheless and walkable to all the main attractions as it is within the old city walls. Good option if in doubt.

Beautiful, stylish property with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast and short walking distance from plenty of food options, including the Muslim Quarter. Room was well-appointed with lots of room and a comfortable bed.

I had a very comfortable 7 nights' stay here. Courteous staff and walking distance to great food. I liked the open layout of the toilet, which still provided enough privacy. There are 2 washers and 1 dryer which you can use for free, although my clothes were able to hang dry overnight in the room.

Hotel is near many eateries and is quiet. Short walk of about 10-15mins to the Bell Tower. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Would be better if their airconditioner is not centralised as weather happened to be hot during the week I was there and it was blasting heater which made it worse. Had to open the window to try to get some cool air in at night.

Great hotel, super new and modern. Rooms are big and spacious, they have great facilities. Breakfast and afternoon tea with fairly good options, restaurant accommodate great options of local cuisine. Stayed here for 7 nights as a family with young children. Spacious room with a comfortable king bed. There are also eateries around the hotel and is about 10 mins walk to Zhonglou where most of the eateries were. Overall, a pleasant stay and do recommend to other travellers

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the walled city. Walking distance from many sights. Close to great restaurants. Very clean, amazing breakfast, fabulous friendly helpful staff. It was our second time staying here. We loved it again. Great place.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!
