I was so happy to come and try this hotel! The room was amazing and the employees were so friendly. I wasn’t crazy about the food in the restaurant, but the breakfast was great for being included. We had many fun nights at the tapas bar with the bartender. He even found me a speaker so I could play music from my phone. It was very close to the heart of Zonia T and we never had an issue getting an uber from this location. I felt very safe here and I will absolutely be coming back in the future! Thank you for making my trip to Colombia so great!!

Do not stay here, you might get robbed. There are similar cases on Google reviews, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. During a stay in August 2025, my family members were the victims of a theft inside their locked hotel room. The door was secured with the hotel’s keycard system, yet a substantial sum of money was missing when they returned. The police were contacted immediately and an official report was filed. The worst part was how the hotel handled it. The head of security refused to help, avoided questions, and only spoke when police were present. There was zero empathy or willingness to assist, and even basic information such as management contacts or hotel protocols was denied. Despite repeated attempts to reach the general manager directly at the hotel and via email, there has been no personal response. Instead, only generic emails repeating the same lines were received, asking for documents that had already been provided. To this day, after submitting the police report, we have not received any communication and there does not appear to be any progress. This is supposed to be a five-star property, but the lack of security, transparency, and professionalism is alarming. The issue here is not the money, but the safety of guests. If this is how they treat victims of theft inside their own rooms, how can anyone feel safe staying here?
