Room was clean Bed too small

It's not a hotel. Evey time the security u enters the property security is rude. it's a nuisance we need show id and check-in evetime u come out of the building. They don't speak English. No help will be provided. u need to figure out Ur own.

Este es el único lugar donde me hospedaré cuando viaje a Bogotá. El personal es muy amable y todo está impecable. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

He viajado por toda Colombia. Nunca había recibido la atención que me brindaron a mi llegada. La calle es tranquila y el personal es muy amable. El edificio tiene todo lo que necesitas: gimnasio, espacio de coworking y lavandería. Hay restaurantes increíbles cerca. Una farmacia al lado… varias tiendas y supermercados cerca . Literal está en medio de la cuidad El personal respondió rápidamente a todas mis preguntas. Recomendaría quedar aquí a cualquiera y espero volver pronto

registration process was excessive, security was overberaring to get in and out. elevators are slow, door locks are a pain. room was nice. no drip coffee maker.

Estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo y su disposicion siempre fue excelente

This place isnt a hotel but a huge apartment complex. The building itself was nice and the room as well. The area is safe in my opinion. Just dont travel and walk out late at night Upon arrival of check in, nothing was restocked. My host took almost 2 hours to respond and get the items i needed. Communication was a big problem in the beginning. My shower drain was clogging but my host ignored my request so i had to buy something to unclog it. I stayed for 3 weeks and not once was my room cleaned. I think i had to request it but i felt that shouldve been standard. The room itself was nice. The kitchen came with all the kitchenwares if you want to cook in the hotel. My room had a balcony which was nice to sit outside and relax. The doorbell was really annoying. The touchscreen would not work in the beginning and would take many tries in order to enter my room. Overall this is a great place to stay for a short time and its affordable so i cant complain too much. I would definitely book here again if there was improvement with the host communication and helpfulness and a change on the doorlock for room 210.

La comunicación con el anfitrión 0/0. No se hizo envío del código QR y la información necesaria para realizar el check in hasta el día después del primer día reservado. El anfitrión no respondió llamadas ni mensajes en ningún momento, ni se contactó para disculparse por la demora en el envío del código. El personal de la recepción una actitud despreciativa y poco proactiva. MUY MALA experiencia. Una desfachatez total. Si tiene problemas con el check in o simplemente les da pereza responder, automaticen el proceso completo. Pero tener a una persona esperando 4 horas en una recepción desabrida para que le envíen la información…vergonzoso. Tuve que contactarme con el servicio de atención de Expedía para ser alojada en un lugar diferente. El lugar se veía hermoso en fotos pero una lástima que su atención deje TANTO que desear.

El apartamento en buenas condiciones, y las instalaciones en general del edificio

Buena estadía, solo que desde la habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle y en la habitación necesitaba mejor limpieza.
