Wonderful

Great staff. Just little loud when inside the room. Could use a sound proof window in the bedroom. TV on the room way too far from the bed view.

Everything was great

Great hotel - a little further out away from restaurants etc but it had free parking which more than made up for taking taxis. Staff were great as was room and breakfast. Very happy with it and got an upgrade to Jr Suite via VIP perks. Delighted.

Excellent hotel and staff! Rooftop restaurant and pool was amazing

I’m sharing this review because my experience at this hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering its reputation. Communication Issues I initially emailed the hotel because someone in my group became sick and couldn’t travel. They responded to my first message, but when I followed up to explain the situation further and share my concerns including my experience at the bar I never received a reply. The lack of follow-up felt dismissive and unprofessional. Amenities Unavailable A major disappointment was that key amenities specifically the rooftop were unavailable for almost our entire stay. It was closed first for a private wedding and then for maintenance issues. We were never informed of these closures in advance, even though the rooftop was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Service Issues at the Bar We also had an uncomfortable experience at the bar. A drink was prepared incorrectly, and while the bartender tried to fix it, we could hear staff discussing the situation through their walkie-talkies, which felt unprofessional. When we asked for the bill, two staff members insisted the drink was “good for them” and refused to remove it from the check, even though they were not the ones consuming it. Their tone was dismissive and rude, and one staff member mentioned they had set the drink aside to taste it themselves which felt completely inappropriate and embarrassing for us as guests. EVERYTHING about my stay was PERFECT! The staff was so kind, attentive, and helpful! & I mean every single one of them! Ivan at the front desk and Adolfo at the restaurant were exemplary! My spanish isn’t the best and they were so patient and even tried speaking English to me. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless, and the views were amazing! Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The good: The people who work here (front desk, restaurants, parking garage) are phenomenal! Location is perfect and while prices are on the higher side here, we like the people so much that we keep returning to this same hotel every time we visit (about 2x/ year). The bad: Room floor was never cleaned while we were there, and requested the room be cleaned at least twice in this past week. Floor wasn't cleaned this week. Maybe never. Last two days after being cleaned by room service, supposedly, my feet turned black. Should've taken a photo of them. Appalling.

My fifth trip to Medellín. My fourth this year. The Binn is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far and it’s not even close. The service far outpaces everything else. Mr. Adolpho was absolutely delightful at every breakfast and the breakfast is wonderful. They have everything. When you arrive there is an armed guard. A door man opens your door and takes your bag. The property is super clean. The rooftop bar is awesome. The rooms are clean. The king bed was super comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are high quality and the way the staff genuinely cares and asks about you and then fulfills everything is just unbelievable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Not one unpleasant staff member in the building. Great vibes. I am picky and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. My only gripe was no smart TV, but who really cares. We are rarely in our room except to sleep and relax. Great amenities. Great room service. Hot tub, pool, steam room. Breathtaking views from the hot tub and pool.

OMG This place has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Located in the heart of El Poblado area its close to restaurants, bars and high end shops. The Hotel itself is gorgeous, the facilities immaculate and the views are breathtaking. The service is in a whole other level, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, special shot out to Adolfo our main server during morning breakfast for his overall hospitality and excellent demeanor. He his place is a 10/10, Highly Recommended.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before it’s very beautiful. The food menu on the roof is limited mostly bar food but it’s good. It’s pricey. Everything about the hotel is nice except the elevator situation is really bad. Routinely you have to wait for five minutes because they only have two small elevators and everyone tries to use them including the staff at the same time. It’s very frustrating and might prevent me from returning.

El personal en el área de la piscina/rooftop bar no nos quiso atender (más bien, nos ignoró y luego nos hizo esperar tanto, que no quisimos ordenar nada y nos fuimos al jacuzzi). Aparte de eso, fue una maravilla de estadía y lugar. La ubicación es ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Si deseas salir y caminar, no es la zona ideal.

Great Service

Staff were professional and courteous. Only issue was problem with TV but this was addressed appropriately and a solution was offered that was satisfactory. Highly recommend this hotel. Restaurant was of highest quality and staff were excellent.

Good
