The only thing I would recommend is to have coffee at the room since there was a coffee maker other than that I have to say there breakfast buffet was amazing, the service the staff everyone I will definitely come back 🙂

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The incuded breakfast was excellent. The location was also perfect for us - next to the best mall in Medellin and to a great grocery store.
A small negative was that having that great location, there were also two busy streets by the hotel and one could hear the traffic noise late at night.
Also, though it sounds petty, a kitchen towel was not provided and one does need one in a kitchen, right? Even washing some fruit leads to the need to dry your hands.
The checkin process could be improved.

Hotel policies are not very clear when you book. You are booking an apartment, so you expect you can have visitors at normal hours. However, you can have that if you pay hundred thousands COP$ for it, even though you have a nice living room area you can't bring a friend or family unless is part of the booking or you pay the extra fee. This is totally ridiculous!!! Overall it was not a nice experience, food also was bad.. I had a piece of plastic in my breakfast caldo!!! Definitively I will never stay in this place again, even thou is located in a nice convenient area.

Crooked. Had to pay extra tax of $85,000 pesos 1 night $85 dollars 4 nights. But I moved out of apartment after 10 plus years living in Medellín. If you paid in advance you don’t pay extra tax. Friend in hotel biz there told me I time payment. A bad guy in black suit held me and some luggage from going up to room I stayed 1 night. He wanted more tax money for the 4 nights I was to stay. He’s a liar and thief. Find another hotel. There plenty of good hotels in Medellín

The floor was never cleaned, 3 cockroaches found on the kitchen floor, garbage under the sink was not emptied and the maid did not want to change the sheets on the bed on a regular basis. The containers of liquid soap in the bathroom were empty and not refilled. Requested a room on the ultimate floor which was quiet but given a room on a lower floor with poor ac, balcony doors not working properly and very noisy even though did the booking 4 months in advance. Was eventually switched to a better room after 4 days.
