You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Gala Dinner on 24 December per adult: COP 265000
• Gala Dinner on 24 December per child: COP 0 (from 2 to 17 years old)
• Cleaning fee: COP 60000.0 per accommodation, per stay
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
