Neomi, Kevin, Luis Carlos , Pili, Neyi were exceptional !! What a high costumer services skills they have. Housekeeper in my room made me feel like home away from home. I forgot her name but from my arrival to my departure she always smile and made me feel welcome all the time! Definitely I will come back with more guests and I will referral the hotel any time I have a chance.

The overall hotel is efficient, quiet and clean. It does not have the amenities that other hotels have such as a swimming pool or spacious rooms, but it serves its purpose. The access to the front desk from the outside is a bit awkward, no grand entry to the front desk, but one does get in. I do hope to stay here again in the future. I also liked that I could walk to a major shopping center.

El Hotel está bien ubicado. Tiene estacionamiento y está en muy buen estado. El personal es amable . El check in es a las 3 pm cómo en todas partes pero no empiezan a recibir documentación hasta esa hora de manera que hay q esperar a que desocupen las habitaciones para hacer el trámite administrativo que podría estar siendo adelantado. Por otra parte llama la atención que siendo un Hampton no tenga almohadas confortables, todas son duras y altas . No hay opción y dicen en recepción que ya se han quejado antes de esto pero no tienen solución
