The room has warer damaged floors There are not enough places to hang towels. Paper cups are not good for use with hot water - for example for tea or coffee Breakfast was a mess, they kept running out of plates, bowls and utensils and food !!! We have stayed in hotels in Columbia with better value than this one The whirlpool was not really in use. You had to book it - it had no water in it

This is the cheap version of the Hilton brand, so you get what you pay for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the free buffet breakfast and the views the hotel offers in the breakfast/dining area. The hotel kitchen cooks different food options every morning, which is nice because you don’t eat the same thing every morning. They still provide some of the same choices each day, such as scrambled eggs, fruit, bread, waffles, coffee, and juice. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it along with the views as we sat in the balcony area. The room was not what I’m used to as I’ve stayed at higher end Hilton brands, but it did the job. I will say that the walls are kind of thin, we could hear the guest in the next room while he was in a zoom meeting. The bed is not completely stable as it has wheels, so it may move a little depending on your sleeping habits. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. This is a good hotel choice for anyone on a budget.

The shower bathroom was damaged it did not open and I would get trapped inside

I would say that the room was large. Well appointed, and the hotel had really good amenities between the gym and the rooftop Jacuzzi that you have to reserve ahead of time. Of course, I really liked the options for Food. That were around this location. Everything was very nice. They also had breakfast. The stuff wouldn’t say. We’re excellent. I would say they were all right. Just kind of doing the bare minimum I would say, but the rooms themselves were nice. It was clean. It was comfortable, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the rooftop and the gym.

Laura and Karen were great however the housekeeper Ruth stole my friend's money from her room which impacted our experience. The room was ok but the beds were small.

room was great..a bit small. A small TV... But breakfast was EXCELLENT. Hotel overall is excellent. Excellent and friendly staff. NO COMPLAINTS at all.

The Best Hotel in Medellin.

This property is in a great location for shopping and a few restaurants. If you only speak English, be sure to have your translator app because only 1-2 staff members do. The security staff at the door are absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and helpful, different for the front desk team. For some reason the housekeepers were not big on giving extra towels or toilet paper, which was weird. 1 towel is extreme. The breakfast buffet was ok. Many mornings at 9am containers were empty and you ate what was there. Place was under renovations when we were there as well. I would stay here again because of the location but I plan to look at other places first.
