Communication is poor, additional fees, etc. I don't recommend this hotel

Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything, only bad thing was the hidden fee completely unexpected

Las instalaciones estan bien, muy buena ubicación cerca de las mejores cosas para hacer en Bogotá, la atención deficiente por parte de las recepcionistas, en diferentes oportunidades se le solicitó un servicio y lo hacía de mala gana. Excepto la chica que tenia el turno de la noche, muy dispuesta y colaboradora ella si tiene ética de atención al huesped. El desayuno estaba bien, pero siempre lo mismo, no varian eso es algo que pueden mejorar. Fallas constantes con el calentador de agua, fueron contados los dias que funcionó es molesto bañarse en una ciudad fria con agua helada y mas si viajas con niños como fue mi caso. Discrepancias en las tarifas de transporte ofrecian un valor y después te salían con otras tarifas. En general, lo mas deficiente fue la atención y trato al huesped. Las instalaciones y ubicación si son buenas. Es un hotel con mucho potencial pero deben revisar las fallas para hacer más amena la estadía

It is a small place that is generally clean. The rooms are at best small. The staff are super friendly, nice, respectful and helpful. They do provide a convenient transport service. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants.

We and friends stayed there for 4 days, the place is convenient and location is great.

Very basic hotel, clean, and in a good location. The hotel staff, Luz, Giancarlo and others were friendly and helpful. Room was Okay but bathroom is in need of a good plumber. Water overflows after shower is used, and floor becomes very slippery. Breakfast is provided and it is good, you have the option of a ham and cheese sandwich or eggs, toast, and coffee. I'd stay in this hotel again.

Walking distance to the us embassy and other Colombian government locations, also the el dorado international airport

I arrived at this hotel with my reservations and confirmation number in my hand. The receptionist gave me a paper to fill out and then he said, "Okay, that will be $120 dollars." I booked this hotel for $45 US dollars. The receptionist told me there is no communication between Expedia and the hotel, so they don't have my reservation information. This is despite the fact that I have it in my hands. So, we went back a forth for about an hour. I decided to leave. Suddenly,the receptionist called me and said, the best he can do is to give me the room for $50 US dollars. I didn't have another hotel to go too, so I ended up paying the extra $5. The room was the worst. The walls were dirty and the pillows were very small and flat. It was 75% smaller than a normal size pillow, and I only had one. I couldn't sit on the toilet because the front was only 4 inches from the wall, so if you are under 4 feet tall, this toilet will work for you, not me. The bed sheets were dirty, and I had to call the maid to replace them. The noise was the worst, all night long you could hear doors slamming, people talking and a dogs barking. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in 30 years. I 've been all over the world, and I 've never had this happen. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was only one night....Don't make the same mistake, I guarantee you'll be writing the same review I did......

Me gustó la atención de la gente pero no cuenta con bastantes parqueaderos lo que afecto guardar el carro en un parqueadero particular.

En la pagina decía que el hotel era con servicio de parqueadero y al llegar a las 11:00 pm me dijeron que para el parqueadero debía llamar con anterioridad a reservar y me toco salir a esa hora a buscar parqueadero, lo que me molesto un poco.

Estuvo bien el hotel pero el cobro fue por encima del que aparece en la aplicación

No le gsuto que no me tuvieran la reserva lista cuabdo llegue al hotel no habia habitacion disponible

Cuando llegue me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y me reubicaron en otro hotel

Impecable la habitación y todo el hotel en general, la actitud de uno de sus empleados fue un poco desagradable no se siente uno en casa ni con confianza, el señor muestra ser un poco apático e indiferente, los demás empleados muy gentiles y serviciales... el lugar es muy central a todos los puntos claves de Bogota

Muy mala porque cancelaron arbitrariamente nuestra reserva

En general todo estuvo muy bien, la atención el servicio solo algunos detalles que estoy seguro van a mejorar. Igual si vuelvo a viajar me quedo en este hotel ya q esta muy cerca del centro de convenciones y tiene lugares cerca para comer
