Excellent beds and pools. Lunches were really good but dinners not so much. Website says free toiletries but only soap is provided. Shampoo & condioner are extra and only one packet of each in room. Bring your own beach towel. In our room there was mould on shower ceiling. Also they did not have our reservation and had to make a call. Glad I had the Hotels.com reservation on my cell. Told at checkin dinner was 6pm to 8pm but both nights at 6:40 they knocked on door to advise dinner ended at 7pm. Cocktails & beer a little pricey by Colombian standards.But overall had a very relaxing time and will return. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

En general las instalaciones muy buenas, hay que mejorar la limpieza de las piscinas y la variedad en el menú. El check out muy desorganizado, no sabían la tarifa que nos habían dado, tuvimos que presentar la reserva para que supieran cuanto cobrar.

Personal siempre dispuesto a servir, eso es lo más destacable. La alimentación tipo buffet es básica pero suficiente. Se disfruta mucho del área de la piscina si vas en familia y la habitación asignada, amplia que permite el descanso cómodo. No obstante, para la organización de eventos, fiestas con música en vivo deberían adecuar un espacio distanciado de las habitaciones.

En transit entre Jardin et Medellín, notre escale dans cet établissement fut un vrai bonheur. Pablo (parfaitement francophone) et son équipe nous ont accueilli d’une façon incroyable. Le service est discret et efficace, la zone des résidents de l’hot Est bien protégée de celle des gens de passage, le spa est top et les responsables sont très agréables.
La pension complète ( une bonne surprise ) nous a permis de bien profiter de cet hôtel . Merci à toute l’equiPe et à Pablo en particulier qui nous a bien aidé pour la suite de notre voyage

Nos fuimos de viaje en pareja mi novia y yo. La atención de todo el personal fue esmerada, las instalaciones en muy buen estado y mucha variedad de ambientes dentro del hotel (canchas para deportes, zonas de hamacas, lago, etc). La comida merece un comentario aparte, definitivamente es de los puntos más altos de nuestra estadía. Recomiendo aumentar el staff cuando la ocupación es alta, puesto que en ocasiones los servicios tardaban un poco.

Realmente fue una estancia que no cumplió para nada mis expectativas. Primero, hubo mucha demora en la entrega de la habitación luego del check-in (poco más de una hora), a pesar de haber llegado a las 3pm. Las toallas para piscina también se demoraron más de tres horas en entregarlas. La habitación no fue correctamente aseada para la entrega, solo hubo cambio de sábanas, trapeada, y ya. La presión del agua en la ducha era terrible, muy baja e incómodo para bañarse con esa cantidad limitada de agua. La comodidad de la cama muy mala, es amplia pero el colchón muy malo para personas con problemas de espalda o incluso si no tienen problema se les puede presentar de solo dormir allí. En el restaurante la comida era buena, pero el servicio en la servida de la comida no lo era tanto, faltaba como más cortesía y buena disposición de las personas que atendían. El ruido de los alrededores del hotel era terrible pues hay fincas de recreo y el fin de semana que estuve con mi familia había fiesta en una de esas fincas, solo pudimos descansar a las 3am que se acabó la fiesta y el ruido disminuyó.
