It was a great experience, the only thing was the electricity turn off one hour before the check out. The staff said it was for one repair.

Yall I stayed here with my 15yr old son for spring break 2025 about a week ago. It was decent and had what we needed. Ocean view, air conditioning, refrigerator and bathroom. There was no microwave but that’s okay because there’s a grocery store walking distance a block away so we got snacks and ate out everyday. The beach is literally right across the street so that was a big plus for us. The room was clean, we had two twin beds, there’s breakfast in the mornings (you will have to pay). There’s also options to get dinner there but we weren’t in the room that much and definitely wanted to try out all the restaurants around town. There’s 24/7 security which was extremely nice and a private cap driver that will take you around if you need him. We used Uber but just to know if we needed other options we had them right there. I would definitely stay there again. It’s super close to the walled city (clock tower), Getsemaní and Bocagrande. The most I spent on an Uber the whole week we were there was probably $7 so I can’t complain about anything. Thank you IBIS for making sure my son and I felt comfortable after exploring the streets of Cartagena.

Reservamos una habitación para una noche pues salimos con mi pareja ya noche y nuestro airbnb nos quedaba muy retirado al llegar ya con la reservacion hecha y pagada la mujer que nos atendió fue pesima muy poco comprensible nos exigia ver el sello que hubiéramos entrado legalmente a el pais, es primera vez que me hacen esa pregunta en los años que llevo viajando, comprendo lo de un documentos para verificar la identidad y la edad de las personas pero lo otro me parece ridículo al preguntarle como se podia solucionar solo me dijo es su problema cancelelo en la aplicación si quiere.. cero recomendable este lugar

The check-in process takes very long, and there is no empaty of the front desk people. The restaurant offers a very poor presentation of the food, cold food, and no forks or spoons available. The television only let you see 1 channel, and the surrounding area of the building is dangerous. The staff don't know about customer service and don't care about it.
