The flat was in good condition, with some expected wear on certain items. The gym and terrace were great additions to the stay, and the on-site staff was friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was a major inconvenience. Despite completing the online check-in form before arrival, my friend, who arrived an hour earlier than us, was unable to access the property using the code provided via email. Resolving the issue took nearly two hours as we had to coordinate with individuals in Peru who managed the booking for the property in Colombia.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in all kinds of hotels. My experience at Morph by Wynwood House has been by far my worst experience while staying in a hotel. Actually this is my first ever review in Expedia (I have used Expedia for over 9 years). It looks good on the outside, but once you enter it seems like no one cares if you are staying there. It feels like no one cares whether you are having an issue, or if something is happening or not. You have to extra pay for housekeeping, you have to pay extra for extra towels, you have to beg for toilet paper, water for showers is lukewarm at best. They have washing machines that only accepts bills but there is no way to obtain such bills on site. Keep in mind, we were there for medical reasons, for almost two weeks and I told them this several times but they didn’t seem to care at all. All communications are via WhatsApp because it appears there is no one present at the property. I recommend you to avoid this place at all costs. This was a unforgettable stay for ALL the wrong reasons.
