Breakfast choice limited but fine. Staff very helpful. Felt like a Costa Rica hotel, not a big chain, but still had what we needed - good aircon in room, swimming pool, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, close to beach and lots of restaurants.

I am usually not one to complain as there is too much negativity in comments already so I am just going to share the good and bad.
The good:
Close to everything and centrally located.
Bedding was nice.
Bid kitchen with full size fridge
Ac works great
The bad:
Beds are like concrete
Shower heads either spray everywhere or fall apart
No water pressure.
According to the front desk only 1 pillow per person, we asked for extra and were denied.
Some rooms have safes and others don’t.
Overall:
We very much enjoyed the area but I would not stay here again due to the amount of pain I was in after trying to sleep on the beds. We stayed in 2 separate rooms so I know it was not just the one room we were in.

Great location in Jaco - just a minute’s walk from the beach. Beautiful plants & trees & flowers in the hotel grounds. A lovely pool to cool off in. The room was nice & clean & breakfast was lovely. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

The staff is wonderful. Eric was very kind and hospitable. The grounds are beautiful so is the pool. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Five stars.

Great location! Only a block to the beautiful beach for daily walks. Easy walk to stores, grocery and restaurants. Property and unit was very nice, well kept property. Pool and sound of waterfall very relaxing. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Great find!
