This is a great stopover hotel if you are travelling south. The food and service is good and they are trying really hard to build a business. Would definitely go back.

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. We ordered two lobster dinners and were served shrimp. When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson. Then she came back and said they could correct only one plate. I said, "how is that reasonable? We ordered two lobster plates and got shrimp. Why wouldn't you correct both?" It was a big to do and by the time I got my dinner, I had lost my appetite. Both the shrimp and lobster were over cooked.

great quiet, remote location above the Pacuare River. Very rustic-for those who like adventures and camping, not luxury. I had a private bath, but no electricity in my cabin. One tiny pillow. Toilet seat barely stayed on. No AC or fan, but it was cool in the rainy season I slept well with the sound of the river. Nice staff.

We arrived very late at night and they were ready and waiting to accommodate us and direct us to our room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We only stayed a very short time and we’re not able to check out the pool or anything else but I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
