This hotel is so cute and extreme chill vibes! Each room has its own little patio, the pool is really nice and I love the communal area! Very easy to walk to all the restaurants around.

The pool was beautiful, and central to all the rooms. We loved hearing the monkeys, cicadas and birds all day and night. We really felt like we were in the jungle, yet also bear all the action. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!

Staff were super friendly and kind. Pool is big and awesome. Location is right in the heart of Guiones so not quiet but very convenient. Mati at the juice/coffee bar is super cool, a great surf instructor, and has great insight into the area. Expectations exceeded.

The property is beautiful and the location is great for exploring the north side of town. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself could use a refresh. It is for sale so I suspect that will not happen until it has a new owner. My only real issue was lack of table space in the rooms to place keys, books, sunglasses, etc.
Hotel services are limited. The coffee/juice bar didn’t open until around 9 a.m. So early risers need to go out (there are espresso pods available in the main shared space). Not a big deal as there are plenty of places nearby. No laundry service available. You have to go to the full service Super Wash a few buildings down. That wasn’t great as many pieces of clothing went missing.
All in all it is a really nice spot. It could be great with just a few extra touches.

As this property is currently For Sale, there are a few areas that could be better serviced. The pool is lovely, the loungers not so much. The Guiones area in general is going thru tremendous "gentrification" (construction) with much turnover of businesses and escalated prices on everything. It would be paradise if they could limit the motorized vehicles - but that is highly unlikely to happen. Progress has eaten up another beautiful spot.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent communication with front desk. Arrived after front desk closed and I was able to access with security guard on site. Beautiful property. Pool was closed when I stayed however the property was very nice and relaxed in hammock on common area which was delightful. Very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean but a little tight. However, there is a lot of outdoor space with a great area for a free coffee or tea and relaxation. WiFi was a little spotty most of our stay which wasn’t a huge issue. Amenities like bikes, rain umbrellas, and beach umbrellas were available for free. Since this hotel is on the “main drag,” it could be a bit noisy at times.

Perfect place to stay. The staff was wonderful. The room was perfect and huge. It is in an ideal location, right in the middle of Noosa but not noisy at all. The pool is beautiful and kept clean. There’s coffee and tea available at all hours of the day.
