Notice of Issues During Stay During my stay, I encountered two major concerns: No Refrigerator in Room: Upon check-in, I immediately requested a small refrigerator for my room, as I needed it for storing medication. Despite asking from the very first day, I was repeatedly told one would be provided, yet it never was. This was unacceptable, given the importance of properly storing medication. Bed Condition: One of the queen mattresses was split in the middle, causing an uncomfortable dip that made it feel as though I was climbing from one side to the other. This significantly affected the quality of rest. The noise was unbearable at all times in the conference rooms without closing the doors. Both issues negatively impacted my experience, and I am very disappointed with how they were handled. They said you purchased through Expedia you need to handle these concerns with them. This was sadly a bad experience, and I would appreciate some compassion in this situation. I would never visit again the Radisson Costa Rica. Marilyn Soto

Construction in the rooms above was loud. Pool area was small and lack of chairs was present.

El hotel esta bien ,limpio y seguro solo que otenia un holor a humedad ,pero con el aire acondicionado se pasaba un poco ,pero por los dias que estuve no estubo mal .viajera de corazon ,Pura Vida

Nice place to stay if you are looking for an affordable, slightly upscale option near Barrio Escalante. Really nice staff and the complementary breakfast was much more than I expected. The only negative is that the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is a bit substandard.

Estuvimos 5 noches y solo un día hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Somos clientes bastantes considerados pues manteníamos el orden pero llegar cada noche y ver la basura del baño y la habitación fue una gran decepción. Las habitaciones no tiene refrigerador ni microondas, máquina de hielo encontramos solo una en el segundo piso a larga distancia.Todos los días tenía q buscar donde tirar la basura, En dos ocasiones fui al front desk a pedir ayuda pues no teníamos shampoo y crema la ayuda nunca llegó. El área alrededor del hotel es insegura y muy sucia y aunque el hotel es inmenso es tan oscuro q parecía q ahí no habitaba nadie.

I’m glad they making positive changes and upgrading the infrastructure. However the hall time the noice level was very loud till late and very early. From my room I can here nice from every direction and very loud
