The staff was amazing. Anything we needed they made sure to provide even if they didn't have. Upgraded our TV upon request, helped us find a reputable baby sitter service for a night out and catered special requests to the on site restaurant. A+++++ We even extended our trip, best bang for your buck!

The staff and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included was a bonus. The restaurant had many choices and everything I had was absolutely delicious. The pool was clean and fabulous. Very convenient location, a short drive to many beaches and restaurants

He had a great stay at the Seis Playas Hotel.
There were 2 employees that made our stay feel more special: Tania at the front desk and a gentleman at the restaurant/bar, I believe that his name is Jesús, but I am not sure, off of the 2 employees that assisted us during our stay, he was the younger, with a small mustache. We could feel their genuine interest in us, not only as clients, but made you feel a warmth that we really enjoyed.
The facilities were very clean.

The hotel was pretty much what we expected based on previous reviews. Most of the units face toward the large saltwater pool. Our unit looked like at had been renovated or updated recently. The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were outstanding. The breakfast is nice, but basically the same everyday. As we were staying for over a week it would have been nice for a little more variety. We kind of joked with one of the workers and he right away said I will see about getting something else. So the next morning we were also offered yogurt and granola. The only thing I would have changed is maybe adding some tomatoes and cucumbers as it is a full service restaurant that offers lunch and dinner throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay, but international travels should be aware that you really need a car if you are staying here. There is not a lot within walking distance. The hotel does not have a shuttle. This is one thing I think they need to correct in their advertising as it sounds like they offer 24 hour shuttle service. The hotel is very accommodating and will arrange transportation, but it does not have a shuttle.

Great pleasant stay. Micaela was exceptional. Their pool is amazing and warm with unforgettable experience. First greet and checkin was great and friendly.
With deep regret, I had to report:
no hot showers in the room. only semi warm water for two days in a row. In room safe : broken.
Asking for ice for drinks is too way much of ask. No ice machine with on-site restaurant who is supposed to provide ice unwilling to share their ice.
First night, asking for pool towels, same guy at the restaurant unwilling to give us ice cubes said no pool towel available and just use your room towel (which we need for shower and bath)

Très bel hotel, avec une piscine incroyable! L'équipe était très aimable, c'est l'endroit parfait pour venir se reposer quelques jours au calme! Le restaurant est pratique le soir si vous ne voulez pas ressortir, et les plages sont à 15 min en voiture.

Such a great end to our two weeks in CR. Small little hotel with beautiful surroundings and the pool is awesome. We had 3 meals at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. PM was very friendly. Benefits of staying in a small hotel. Will be back 💖

It was a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet little hotel. Comfortable beds, nice swimming pool, nice buffet breakfast. Good WIFI. Hot water and a beautiful big shower. Very well maintained and very nice Staff. Safe in room big enough for a laptop. Safe parking. Be back for sure.
