Excellent accomodation. Comfy bed, hot power shower, well-provisioned kitchen/dining area. Home from home ambience. Met the owner once and she was very fruendly and helpful.

Loved my short stay here. The studio room was perfect with only a little noise as would be expected in a vibrant area. Easy walk to bus station/port and local buses outside. From the airport collection, to restaurant staff everyone was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great apartment and location. Had everything we needed and more. Ivana communication excellent. Great restaurant below the apartment and next to the new market and opposite bus stop I to the old town.

Our booking wwas cancelled at the last moment due to double booking. The arranged driver overcharged us on the ride from the airport. The owners did however arrnge a new property and covered the extra cost.

Really great apartment with good facilities, lovely pool area and very well situated to get to the old town. There is a supermarket nearby and a bus stop 1 minute walking distance. Communication with host was very positive and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again. Thank you.

Apartment Gabrieri was conveniently located in the Gruz Harbour, and close to bus stop.Onsite restaraunt was convenient and good and we got a discount for being guests. Ivana was always available and responded quickly to inquiries. I would definitely stay here again,

From the moment we arrived our host and apartment were brilliant! We arrived early and this was no trouble at all as they were expecting us and let us in early, the apartment was in perfect condition and immaculate. It is in a prime location for the local bus station at only a ten minute walk away. There were lots of local cafes, restaurants and grocery shops around. The terrace was a beautiful bonus as it allowed us to enjoy the Croatian sunshine. The apartment is part of the Private restaurant so they do pop in to the terrace to harvest fresh cuttings for the restaurant, and the staff there were all friendly and welcoming. You’re a twenty to thirty minute walk from the old town and to the beaches or Babin Kuk where you will find a wealth of beautiful views and restaurants, lots of day trips and excursions available. The perfect place to stay that allows you to enjoy Dubrovnik with a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the busy old town and tourists.

Very nice property - a little small for a family of four, but did the job for 3 nights - there was some noise from the restaurant up until 11pm and the pool really was tiny. Location very good to walk to Lapad and get the bus to the old town, so a great place to base yourself for a few days

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at the Gabrieri apartments. Such a gorgeous location with views right across the harbour. Only 5-10 minutes to get to the old town by bus with the bus stop right outside. So easy. The apartments are lovely and modern with everything you need including the pool which was so welcome after a days sightseeing. Ivana and her family made us so welcome and the family restaurant was also lovely for food and drinks especially the Pina Colada’s! Having the market right outside every morning was so handy for fresh fruit for breakfast on the terrace plus the lovely bakery next door for doughnuts and pastries! Perfect location also for getting the boat for the island tours, just a short walk round the marina. All in all it was perfect and I’d definitely stay there again for my next visit which I hope will be soon!!

These apartments are located in the lovely harbour area of Gruz, just a bus ride or walk to the old town. The apartments had everything and more for your stay, they were clean, spacious & very relaxing. We absolutely loved the pool area especially after a hot day exploring!! The Gabrieri family could not have done more, they are super helpful with recommendations and communication. We honestly loved our stay and can’t wait to book again :) You really made the first part of our honeymoon super special.

Great family run apartment with an amazing warm welcome. Fab location for us at the port and the apartment was just right with the family also owning the restaurant just downstairs too.

Really nice room and very clean. Shower was really powerful as well which was great. Access to terrace and pool was very welcome in the weather and location is quite good as near a lot of options for travel. Check in was easy and the restaurant discount was a good added benefit. Staff really friendly when seen and overall a pleasant stay in very well kept room. Free Wi-Fi was really good too

The apartment is very well located at Gruz, the ferry port where you can catch the airport bus and take a ferry to the Elaphiti Islands easily. The local food (fresh fruits & vegetables) market and fishmongers are just outside the flat. There are a few supermarkets, bakeries, coffee bars and restaurants nearby. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the Old Town. Plus side - very convenient, safe and friendly neighbourhood; Negative: quite noisy in the evening as a caffe is next to the apartment and from 5am because of the food market. The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils with a little fridge. The double bed is comfortable. The water from the shower head is very strong. Unfortunately the pipe connecting the toilet tank and toilet bowl was leaking. Hopefully the landlady has repaired it after I left. I sat on the sofa bed for reading. It did not feel very comfortable. I did not go to the terrace as it is facing an open street with no privacy.

We travelled from Rovinj in the north of Croatia down the coast and we had stayed in 3 fantastic apartments on the way and had a wonderful time. Dubrovnik was our final stay and we were so disappointed that we only stayed 1 night. I booked the 1 Bedroom Comfort apartment after reading the reviews and I thought it was very reasonable but the fact is "You get what you pay for" The photos are totally misleading especially the one that looks out from the bedroom to the terrace, no wonder they didn't show the terrace. There were 4 chairs and a VERY dirty small round table. There was also a rusty swing sun lounger, no cushion, just wires, A large supermarket trolley, a trolley of the kind they use in supermarkets to put stock in to fill the shelves, an old bike, I could go on !!!!!!!! The terrace was also open and the public were passing all the time and when we arrived there were lots of rubber mats over the wall where someone had obviously been washing them. Inside there was only one window that you couldn't open properly and that was glazed so you couldn't see outside. If you wanted daylight you had to open the doors and then everyone passing (and there were a lot) could see in. The kitchen top had been filled with what looked like polyfiller, the mattress protector on one of the beds have 2 or 3 blotches on about the size of a 2p which looked like blood. The door into the bathroom looked as if someone had tried to break out. I didn't see the studios and the pool looked ok.

My girlfriend and I chose to visit Dubrovnik for a week and Apartments Gabrieri was ideal for us. The room was large enough for the two of us (just!) with a small kitchen area (that admittedly we didn't use), but was to be expected for the price we paid. It wasn't uncomfortable! The small swimming pool and sun loungers was a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the city and was always clean. Located next to the harbour in the Gruz area of the city, the apartments are about a 30-40 minute walk from the Old Town, some of which is along a clifftop with beautiful views of the Adriatic so that wasn't an issue for us, and there are regular buses running to and from the Old Town. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity and a restaurant by the apartments where you get a 10% discount for staying in the apartments. Friendly owners - we arrived a little early but were immediately shown our room anyway. We were given the owners' mobile numbers in case we needed to get hold of them for any reason (which we didn't!). Wi-fi was excellent.

We had a great stay here. Extra space was worth paying for, pool was lovely and being out of the old town gave us a real chance to relax. Definitely recommended!
