Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Nice room with use of swimming pool. Easy to get to different areas of Dubrovnik.

Sonja and her husband were excellent hosts. Everything was wonderful and we loved Lapad.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfectly location to use local transport. Shops and restaurants close by. Hotel and pool lovely and well maintained. Any issues the owner came or was there to help out quickly. Directly across the bay was the local ferry which for a fraction of the cost of the expensive 3 island trips you can do the same for so much less. We would recommend this hotel

Room.was ideal location for exploring the Old Town with local bus stops a few minutes walk and also if arriving by ferry close to the Port. The pool area was stunning and quiet, ideal after a long day sightseeing. The room was missing a few finer touches especially when staying 3 nights but woukdnt hestitate to stay here again!

Really lovely small hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The windows were good as there was very little street noise when closed. The pool area was a welcome respite from the heat and was uncrowded, clean and well maintained. We wished there had been bar service at the pool but we saved by picking up our own beer at the market. We had no hot water during our stay; the management had repair people coming and we understand that things break sometimes - but that was our only disappointment. Overall a great spot and we’d certainly return.

The owner was very attentive and supported all my needs. The room was more than I could have asked for in terms of space, cleanliness and decor. The little sweets and towels were helpful and the location was an easy 8-10 euro drive to old town as needed.

Beautiful rooms in a great location. Spotlessly clean, and wonderful friendly staff. Most comfortable bed ever! Mini fridge in room with water and tea/coffee provided. Breakfast available in Okra restaurant next to the accommodation - and was great value ( croissants, yoghurts, omelette, eggs/bacon and breads/jams etc as well as juices and tea/coffee

Our room was immaculate with plenty of space. The pool area was lovely too and check in was easy. Dubrovnik old town and Lapad beach only a short Uber ride away. Thanks so much!

My partner and I stayed at the Bova Luxury rooms for 11 nights. The apartments are right across from a marina which was a gorgeous view. It was lovely to see the super yachts and cruise liners arrive every day. The apartments themselves are meticulously maintained and are cleaned every day with new bedding and towels. They are very modern but have a stylish old fashioned feel. Beach towels are provided for the pool. The pool belongs to the Orka apartments but there was never a time we couldn’t get loungers. The pool isn’t large but it’s big enough with a jacuzzi at one end. It is accessed by going up the steps next to Orka restaurant. Sanja, the owner of Bova apartments is lovely, very accommodating and was available in the apartments on a morning. She is also contactable if required. She gave us lots of information about where to get the buses from, where the supermarkets were and the scenic walk around the Lapad Peninsula. The apartments are about 40 minutes walk from Dubrovnik centre which we did most days or evening. If you purchase a Dubrovnik pass it gives free bus travel so whilst we had that we jumped on the number 6 bus to the town. There are plenty of supermarkets close by, one if you turn right out of the apartments and turn right again heading to Lapad centre or walk a bit further around the marina. There are also plenty of restaurants close by, although we ate in Lapad centre or Dubrovnik. A wonderful holiday in lovely apartments with a great hostess!

The hotel was in the perfect location - it is in a nice area, within walking distance of 3 beaches, and has easy access to public transport to the old town. It was very clean, the AC worked well, and it was quiet at night. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was very nice with fresh warm bread, croissants and eggs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hosts were lovely and informative. Room was very modern with air conditioning and smart Tv. Views from the window were amazing. So much to do around the property location including restaurants and wine bar which is next door. Would definately recommend this property to anyone visiting dubrovnik. Thanks Michael

Poor comms initially. Emails not answered. Expedia eventually intervened. Small and immaculately clean. Ideal for 1-2 nights while awaiting cruise departure. No restaurant. Breakfast nearby, until 0900. Nice friendly bar next door. Nice, welcome swimming pool, but no changing or toilet facilities!

We had a great stay at Bova Luxury Rooms, the room was exactly as described on the pictures and description. Everything was super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location was great for exploring both Lapad and the old town, only 15 minute walk to Lapad and 15 minutes or so on the bus into old town. Sanja, the host, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was a great surprise! We would definitely stay here again!

Roko house is well appointed, in a great location to wander the old city. I highly recommend it.

Although the room was on the small size, it was spotlessly clean and had good air conditioning. The location was excellent, albeit that it was a little bit difficult to spot the name from the road - so maybe a name plate a bit higher up the wall would help!

Pristine apartment with high end fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable bed. Sanja is very friendly and was quick with her communication. You can get a €3 return bus ticket to Pile, Dubrovnik from the Tisak kiosk just 2 mins walk up the road- bus stops near Bobis bakery. Sunset beach is very pretty with lots of bars/restaurants a 20 min walk away. Enjoyable watching the boats in the Marina across the road - takeaway pizza from Il Vento. Highly recommend!
