I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, although I initially had difficulty contacting her. That was due to problems with the Travelocity app, though, not her. I would point out that there are a lot of steps involved in getting to the location if mobility is a concern. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get softer towels (or maybe fabric softener?). They were as rough as sandpaper. Over all, I'd recommend, though.

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very fresh and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The front patio and yard is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The washing machine is a real plus. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away which will quickly get you to the old town, the port, etc. The port is a very easy walk. The old town is also walkable but a bit longer.

Great guesthouse in a quiet location. We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well equipped plus the owner was friendly and helpful. It is in easy walking distance of the old town and also the bus station. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse!

This was an amazing find, and a great experience. Anica has created a wonderful environment, and she's extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect: far enough away from the busiest areas of Dubrovnik to be restful, but close enough that you're within easy walking distance to just about everything. Very safe establishment and area. Lovely, clean rooms with modern amenities, including kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning. Wonderful value, and very highly recommended!

Clean, flat with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Room had double bed, table, two chairs, wardrobe, two powerpoints. My flat had fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker within the shared facilities and washing machine was in bathroom.
Located 25 minutes from old town by walking.
Please be advised Franco Prešerna is not a conventional street; it is a section of steps., probably not suitable for chair users or those with poor mobility on foot.
