The property is located right inside the walls of the old city, almost 1700 years old! 😲 The hotel is truly boutique, with 5 star amenities and service. The staff, Ana, Jan, and Ante made our stay welcoming and comfortable, guided us for activities, dining, and travel further to our next destinations.

Excellent location within the Palace walls with easy access to great shopping and eating. Live music is the square across from the hotel from 8-11p. Staff was best in class. Attentive to all our needs and questions. Helped us with luggage from ferry to hotel. Service was 100% perfect!

Everything about this hotel is special. It is built within the walls of the Diocletian Palace, and yet is fully updated with all modern comforts. While the hotel is small (boutique), we were given a surprisingly large room up a few steps from a small courtyard nestled away from the crowds. Everything we wanted to see in Split was an easy walk away. We were welcomed by Jan who was an incredible host and a tremendous help to us throughout our stay. The small dining area sustained us with amazing breakfasts and additional food/drinks throughout the day. Additional dining options were available right outside the hotel. For the location, charm and the warmth of the people, I highly recommend staying at Heritage Hotel Antique in Split.

This property is in the heard of the Diocletian Palace. They were very helpful arranging a pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast is very good and love the coffee machine. They were very helpful with restaurant recs and any question we had was answered. There is A/C in the room, which was nice. The shower was good and had hot water. We would definitely recommend. Keep in mind if you are looking for a lot of amenities or a view this hotel does not have that, but offers an experience within the palace and so much is walkable.

The location was great, the room was nice but not special. The staff was great as was the made to order breakfast along with the limited buffet. You have to be aware that you are right across from the bell tower and the bells go off as early as 6 am. We were fine with it and knew that ahead of time. But you just can’t beat the location. In all a great antique in old town stay.

It is located within the walls of Diocletian's Palace and adjacent to the cathedral and historic center. The room was just as pictured, scrupulously clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with interesting dishes to try beyond the standard. The staff was fun and friendly and genuinely a pleasure to engage with. To stay here, book early, or like us, come during the off-season when the price is lower and crowds are smaller, as this is a small family-owned hotel. Our stay five day stay was perfect and I can't overstate how much we enjoyed our experience here and in Split.

The staff was amazing. Ante's level of service was above and beyond. We had a few solid recommendations for anything we wanted to do and they always turned out great. Our room faced Diocletians palace courtyard which at night was great to have the windows open and listen to music from outside. Breakfast was delicious. The location could not be more central to the old town. Parking would be difficult but we reserved a spot from the hotel which is conveniently located right outside the golf gate/park and was super convenient.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city making it easy access to historical site, restaurants and the water. The room was beautiful and had all the convenience we needed. The staff were accommodating, helping us with our daily plans and fixing a lunch on days we left before breakfast was served. Highly recommend.

Excellent check in experience, the host offered local liquors while pointing out the top 20 things to see around Split's old city. He even provided a copy of the notes along with the area map. Very helpful. My visit was during the off season, I was upgraded to a room looking out at the cathedral along. The room was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice number of options considering there aren't that many rooms.

Heritage Hotel Antique Split was a wonderful place. We stayed there three nights. We arrived by ferry at night- Jan was waiting and helped us get to the hotel. The dining area was very nice- and daily breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with ideas for exploring. They also helped us get transportation to the airport when we departed. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
