Fantastic staff - always a welcoming smile and SO helpful. Had so many gluten free options for breakfast and great awareness of cross contamination. Great location and a pleasant walk into old town centre.

The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful upon check in. I wish we had gotten her name because she made our stay so nice from the moment we checked in!! The hotel is in a great location and very close to the old town with lots of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was also delicious with many options!

Nice hotel walkable into old town area - but poor parking arrangements - says free parking on hotel.com booking when it isn’t as the free area is already full upon arrival No hot water for shower or bath during our stay - we had two rooms booked - which isn’t acceptable at this type of hotel

Hotel was perfect for short stays, Breakfast was ok; Not a huge selection, very very basic. Staff were friendly and nice. 15 min walk to main square. Well maintained hotel, Only downside was AC not working at all throughtout whole trip- Told the reception staff, couldn't really do much, they mentioned theyll get someone in the morning but we didnt really feel it working. 34/35° weather in August, had to deal with it by spending some time in the lobby or corridor as there AC was on full blast.

From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed by the staff. My friends, staying in another room, left early the next morning. They told me that the hotel scheduled a taxi and made them a to-go breakfast, because they had an early flight. Wow! The bathroom was great. The room spacious and quiet. The Central AC was amazing, especially after spending a week on a yacht. I loved the 24-hr front desk service. They always were available for a quick question, and always friendly. I had a cold, and the front desk agent brought extra tea to my room, early in the morning. I liked the short 5-10min walk to the main stores and restaurants. Felt nice to not be in the middle of everything. But still close. Overall, I was really lucky to find this gem. Is was a last minute booking. My 2 nights there were really enjoyable.

The elegant woman at the reception desk was more helpful than any tour guide. She gave us excellent recommendations and warned us what to look out for. When there was a mechanical problem with our room vent, they immediately moved us to an upgraded room. They went above and beyond to help us out. Breakfast was excellent as well, with gluten free bread provided to the one of us who needs it.

Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, but no outdoor and no lobby/sitting area, convention location, next to cafe and supermarket, and about a 15-20 min walk to the old town center.
