Spotless room , i had a junior suite on the 7th of 8 floors with a great sea view from the balcony. Great friendly staff, a special mention for Kate on reception who sorted out a minor discrepancy for me. Lovely breakfast although the bacon was nearly always cold . Champagne was on offer every day at breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed in 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to the Royal Princess Hotel. Our room was amazing, comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. The view from our balcony, wow!!!! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. We could use the facilities of all the hotel group which were all excellent. Breakfast was excellent, varied choice of foods. We ate lunch at the Royal Blue infinity pool, adults only roof top which was delicious and wonderful views. We used the facilities in all hotels and the standard of each was excellent. We would definitely stay here again We walked the coastal route daily with beautiful views all the way,plenty choice of restaurants on route and felt safe returning late at night.
