SMALL PROPERTY ABOUT 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF SPLIT RIGHT ON THE WATER. OUR ROOM HAD BALCONY FACING THE WATER. UPDATED ROOM AND BATH. OUR STAY INCLUDED BREAKFAST THAT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE WHICH INCLUDED EGGS, BREAD, YOGURT, CHEESE, COLD CUTS, PATE, JAMS, COFFEE, JUICE. THE RESTAURANT WAS FULL SERVICE AND HAD A NICE MENU. LOCALS COME THERE TO CELEBRATE SPECIAL OCCASSIONS. STAFF WAS GREAT.

We really enjoyed our stay & visits at the Pansion Amigos Hotel and Restaurant. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. They all spoke English and did not hesitate to respond to requests and offer options and helpful services. The rooms were really clean, [the housekeeper came in every day], the balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful, as was the food. We had filling breakfasts [included] before our trips and some nice dinners [with generous portions] and really delicious desserts. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and the clear water and sunsets. We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel and restaurant.

Great place to stay on the Adriatic Coast. Hotel is right on the beach, free parking. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Loved it, highly recommend. Hoping to be back again.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse, frente a la playa, con linda vista y un servicio espectacular. El desayuno no es buffet y te preparan lo que pidas en el momento - excelente.
El restaurante en muy bueno y dos noches cenamos alli
No siendo temporada no habían sillones en la playa pero las pedimos y nos la pusieron solo para nosotros.
Son muy solicitos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Bien ubicado pero es necesario tener auto.

Very close to Split (15 to 20mnutes).
Our room #3 was facing the water with a large balcony! The staff was very friendly and ready to help at all time!

We stayed for one night. Family run hotel; staff couldn't be nicer. Nice restaurant on the water. The food at dinner was excellent. As we were going to be going on a program at a big hotel close by, the owner was even nice enough to drive us there!

This Pansion (not a hotel) is conveniently situated a bus ride outside of Split and makes it very good value and an affordable option for exploring the area. The rooms are modern and clean (we did stay in the main building above the restaurant) and if you have a room at the front (we stayed in room 8) a nice sea view. It really is right on the waterfront with a small shingle beach directly in front of the restaurant with good sun beds available for guests. There's also free parking.
The restaurant has a good choice but is mainly sea food, so a bit limited if you eat there more than once and don't like fish! There are little or no other restaurants that were open within easy waling distance.
There's no reception desk so you book in with the waiters in the restaurant. It seems a bit odd but then again don't forget this is not at hotel. We had a few issues with a noisy fridge and smelly air conditioning in our room but didn't feel we could speak to anyone about it. So we unplugged the fridge at night and fortunately managed without the air con.
The waiters are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast offer was ok but often run out of things, but if you asked they would bring out more and cook fresh eggs if requested. It is a lovely place to stay and convenient for getting into Split (bus No:60 runs every 20 minutes and you can get off right by the old city and costs 3.5Euros each way)
We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights and would recommend as a place to stay for a short visit.

The Amigos is an outstanding property. We had a great room over looking the sea; and they have air conditioning. We had breakfast there each morning 👍. We ate dinner there twice; and each time was terrific. Fish selections were top class. All was great.

Lovely little local hotel, where we enjoyed a two night stay close to Split. We had a triple room which had a balcony view of the sea. Room was clean and beds really comfy. One staff member went above and beyond to get an iron and ironing board for us to use as we had been backpacking up to this point in our holiday. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, and we had an evening meal at the restaurant which delicious. Even managed some relaxation time on the sun loungers! I would definitely return to this hotel and location.
