Room smelled like s

It’s an average plus type of place .

Everything was very good apart from towel rail fitted above toilet I stood up and banged my head and cut my head should be moved

Great location room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Hotel could do with some minor improvements. For example get rid of the dirty old fashioned rug under the glass coffee table and get rid of the brown leather look box in the bathroom It would previously have contained complimentary toiletries but now it doesn't contain anything and just has a couple of glasses for toothbrushes randomly sitting on top. This 'box' made of faux leather is peeling making it look shabby. A similar box can also be found in the bedroom containing the TV remote,again this box is pointless and more importantly rather shabby and peeling.

Room is ok clean, staff is good, break is good and AC working fine

First time in Cyprus and we had a fantastic experience. Large room, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast choices, excellent location.

This hotel has become my go to place in Larnaca. A great place to stay and relax!

The photo of the hotel does not look like what we got we know it’s not 5 star but the room was smelly the lift was smelly and dirty bit of a scrub would not hurt

The place was nice but our room window would not lock which meant lots of noise from outside plus the air conditioner seemed to have an issue with error messages coming up in addition to it being very noisy - we had to turn it off at night despite the heat. However, the breakfasts were amazing and fresh plus the reception and cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful.

We have stayed at this property several times in past. We like it as it’s very convenient to shopping and beaches where tourists gather as well as locals. The hotel has declined noticeably in recent visits and we have complained. Firstly the fridge wouldn’t working, also the shower head riser rail would not stay in position for a shower, the TV had no English channels, the bed was lumpy and sagging in the middle, our door was jamming and had to force slam shut, the balcony light wasn’t working and neither was the bedside light. Two of those problems were solved but non of the rest. The rooms were cleaned but still needed some edges here and there to be done although this can be excused, but one small bar of soap left for two people for 8 days without a tray to be put into isn’t expected. Staff were polite and respectful of what you had to say but could not complete your request as some days the technicians were busy or it was a weekend and did not work then. Nevertheless we did show our gratitude to the chambermaids for cleaning and making the beds on regular occasions.

Our Stay was amazing. Kim at the reception was exceptional. Great location!. Close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super Safe. Totally recommend it! A+++

The hotel is closely situated to the beach , restaurants and buses. Though a 2 star hotel the hotel is very very nice regarding the room, breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Kim was very warm and welcoming--she even assisted me with my heavy bags. The area is right around the corner from the sea and path with restaurants and shops. My room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good for those who like a traditional breakfast; the fruit could have been more fresh and local. It's a nice stay for a few days if you're passing through onto other cities.

Sweet staff! Porch door didn't lock & desk lamp needed a bulb. TV was complicated/didn't work.. Overall everything else was great!!
