Christofinia Hotel

Needs a lot of renovation from old carpets to old AC and old TV with no stations! No view and no privacy with the balcony. Not even small bottle of water is left at room for courtesy. Great location for going to Nissi beach and nice pool.

Absolutely horrendous. Christofinia Hotel made a serious administrative error and pressured me through my entire stay for payment to ‘resolve it’. Despite my cooperation and having provided multiple pieces of written proof that the error was not my fault, I was pressured for money multiple times per day. They threatened police involvement if payment was not made. The stay was incredibly stressful and upsetting. I strongly urge people travelling to the area to choose one of the many local hotels nearby instead. Christofinia Hotel is deliberately unresponsive: they told me to send emails to defunct email addresses in order to delay responses until after my refund period had ended. They do not respond to guests before they travel, instead bullying them once they arrive. The manager, named either ‘Kiga’ or ‘Effie’ (as she gave different names), behaves unprofessionally with an aggressive manner and no understanding of proper conduct. I had never previously been shouted at by hotel staff at the front desk before. Before booking with Christofinia, ask yourself if that is what you’d like to deal with on the way to breakfast with your family. I am shocked and appalled that this has happened and will be lodging a formal complaint.

Disgusting old toilets and furniture. Sea View room had no sea view and a double room consists of two gnome sized single beds pushed together. Everything is old and broken and the food is greasy and gross. When we tried to move our parents to Atlantica Aeneas where we were staying they refused a refund. This hotel barely scrapes 3* let alone 4. If Atlantica Aeneas has rooms at the time of you looking go with them you will not be disappointed. This hotel on the other hand is full of unpleasant surprises.

Upon my checkin, I was informed they have technical issues and that I will be allocated to other hotel. That hotel was very nice. Im grateful to Christofinia hotel for arranging this, it was highly appreciated. Big thanks! Room was clean, spacious and the AC waa good. Breakfast was super tasty. Now negative side: **No water available during dinner!!!!!!!!!! You need to ask waiters to get a glass of water. It would not be the issue is the restaurant was not packed with people and only few waiters. Basically you finish your dinner before you get your water. Bring your own water, my advice. Yes, it happens in 4* hotel. One waiter finally approached me and asked me what I would like to have. I said coca cola, I guessed it is included as they just asked. But no, ai got the bill with my coke. **Dinner is from 7pm to 9.30pm. I went once to eat at 8pm, most of food trays were empty. That was the only time I went for dinner for my entire stay. **Espresso machine in room but you have to buy pods lol, they sell it 1eur per pod hahahhaha. Why putting espresso machine as part of amenities if you do not provide coffee? **Pool sunbeds dated, almost impossible to lay down. There are new ones as well but so many old ones. **Seaview room I got, you need binoculars to see the sea.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was disappointing especially, for a vegetarian, apart from the soups. They were delicious

The proprietors were very friendly and helpful aswell as all their staff. The location was easy access to the beach if you dont mind sand in your toes. Only criticism would be the pool towels were a little too small.

Hotel room was not available for first night due to flood, so moved to another hotel Nissiana for one night, that was a lovely hotel and we will probably book to go there next time. Once we got back to Christofinia, our promised upgraded room (due to having to move on the first night) was not available, so they upgraded our board from B&B to Half Board, then onto Full Board after discussion. Sarah in reception was very kind and friendly and should be a very valued member of the team. Hotel has a lovely clean pool and there was always sunbeds at any time of the day. The food was hotel average, I could not work out why the hot food a breakfast was only luke warm at best and in the evening it was hot. Only one set of 3 very slow coffee machines at breakfast, so queues formed, they could do with another set on the other side to avoid this, or even just a hot water urn and tea bags/coffee sticks. The bed was a bit hard for me, however they put on a mattress topper straight away, which made it much better. There is a kettle and cups in the room, though you may want to bring your own tea and coffee. Free safe and air conditioning. Most waiting staff efficient, only the lady with the glasses was always smiling and spoke to you. They appeared to be bumping a lot of customers out on the first night so not sure how many rooms were 'out of action' or some other booking issue.

The hotel is nice, clean with good stuff. But for a 4* hotel there should be at least water in the room, or dining area. The restaurant is the weak point of the hotel, the rest is ok.

Lovrly staff, beautiful area and the atmosphere was superb. Definitely will stsy here again if tge ssme or better standards. Was hard to fault but worth the stay

I liked the location The bathroom wasn't clean enough and things were missing in it no shower gell...

We had an amazing stay at Christonfinia. Whilst the exterior may not look as fancy as surrounding hotels, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool and swim up bar are great and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best I’ve had (crepe bar!)

Well located, sea across the road. Village centre reasonably close. Modern, new and all areas extremely clean. Fantastic big pool with submerged bar. Most families with children. Rooms very spacious although storage area very limited. Minimal toiletries. Very good free wifi. Excellent a/c unit. Fridge in the room plus safe box(rental charge for safe). Unfortunately no kettle for coffee/tea. Large beds with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. Big selection for breakfast buffet . Rooms have small balcony with pool view.

Nice hotel, very clean. Not very cheap, but ok price. Quite near to the beach. A good option for Aya Napa.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff and very nice bar, the cocktails was great but the breakfast wasn’t good enough, eggs where disgusting

This place is super nice. It is just right next to Adams Beach Hotel, which is a very expensive hotel in Nissi beach area. This hotel is right next to it, super close, 1 min walk, but so much affordable in price.Strongly recommended. They borrow towels for pools, great breakfast, staff are super kind. Perfect stay indeed.

Clean, modern, close to Nissi Beach. Plenty of parking.
