I stayed Monday to Friday in a one bedroomed apartment. It had everything I needed, it was clean, spacious and everything worked perfectly. Staff were always available in Reception and were very nice. Breakfast was tasty and constantly topped up, pastries, cooked breakfast items, bread and rolls, fruit, coffee and juices, ham, cheese and salad. I did not try the evening food. Property is a very pleasant place to stay, I will come back.

The hotel is much better than most 4-star hotels. May be besides entertainment staff (none). But you are in Ayia Napa - it have any entertainment you want. Excellent staff, non-stopping cleaning, decent food, very good WiFi (we had a router in out room). Don't hesitate to ask personal - f.e. adapter(s) into an outlet, etc.

The hotel is basic so if you are looking for luxury stay elsewhere. However you cannot beat the location! Everything was adequate, the room was large and cleaned every day. There is a fridge and a safe. The staff seemed cold and unfriendly at first but after being there a few days and speaking with them they all were very friendly and helpful. I guess everyone can have a bad day so give them a chance!

Overall a good experience, I would recommend to change the breakfast the same way as you have the dinner change it up a little bit I think that people get bored to have the same people over and over every single day, I stayed 14 days and it was the same breakfast. I believe that if you change the breakfast menu it would bring you a lot more good comments the personal very helpful all the time. Would I come back? Sure just to see if my comments were taken in consideration.

This is my second time i stay in this hotel, last year the experience was perfect, food was good rooms were clean, so i decided to repeat the experience this year and i was so disappointed since: 1- Room were not clean at all, ants and insects were everywhere. 2- Food quality and quantity have degraded a lot since last year. however i have to admit that the hotel location is perfect since it is half way from everything. Pool also is nice and clean.

Great little hotel just the perfect distance away from the nightlife hub so as to be easily walkable/staggerable but not at all noisey. Clean, decent sized pool and big restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Would stay again

When we arrived to the hotel we were happy with the look of it, very friendly receptionist, nice dining area, we were excited, however, when we got to the room it was a major disappointment, the rooms are not clean at all, and it badly needs renovation, specially the bathrooms, it was full of ants all the time, we were not comfortable at all during our stay, as the most important thing whenever you stay in a hotel was missing:a clean comfy room, which was the exact opposite. On the other hand, the location is excellent, i don't think there is a hotel with a better location in Ayia Napa.

when we got to the hotel we were told to sit down and wait for ten minutes then when we asked 15mins later what was going on we were told few minutes more. another ten minutes later we were then told sorry we are fully booked which this was now the third hotel we had tried to go to due to other reasons. however we were offered an alternative hotel which had a sea view and was very good.
