Friendly staff, close to the beach not expensive, place was clean and good size studio with a balcony. I love my stay will be back for sure

During my stay in Ayia Napa, me and a party of 6 others stayed at Kaos Hotel Apartments. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that we were situated right outside of the pool area, however be open to not being around the pool as many of the apartments are further down facing the car park, yet only a 30 second walk away. You are only given ONE key no matter the number in your party which is a down side when there are 3 others in a single room including yourself. We unfortunately lost the key on the last day as we had to detach it from the electricity key in order to allow an ill friend to stay inside whilst the other side went out, but Mr Kaos was kind enough to let us off for this despite stressing that you cannot leave the electricity key inside the room. Very kind service! The apartments are cleaned every day and bed sheets are changed. The pool area is great yet very quiet for what you would think would be busy mid-July! Whilst we didn’t use the kitchenette, there is everything you would ever need utensil wise etc. You can also request an iron from reception upon arrival. Despite the name maybe being confused by English people with a foreign spelling of “Chaos”, they actually said to us they have never had this many young groups of tourists here at once and wondered what was going on! Overall, we all agreed we hit jackpot with our stay here at such reasonable prices and would definitely recommend staying again! Ryan

Our stay was amazing! Lovely apartments and pool area. Gary's bar wasn't really good and close food was so nice and cheap! The staff were lovely and really friendly on the last day we left our luggage in reception and they let us use their shower and towels. The cleaners also found my necklace in our room on the last day and returned to us befor we went home. The amount of time we left money and jewellery lying around and the cleaners didn't touch it!

Nice hotel near to the beaches ,to the center and to the nightlife places. Lovely and helpful owner with a good stuff. The room was big enough with good wifi and air conditioning. Room service everyday was good too.special thanks for the owner

The rooms were big, comfortable, clean and all the basic utensils in the kitchen. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Globalement, le studio que j'ai occupé nécessite une bonne rénovation. Les moisissures dans la salle de bain étaient repoussantes. Le ménage pourrait nettement être amélioré: des cheveux ne m'appartenant pas sont restés pendant plusieurs jours, les toilettes étaient sommairement nettoyés, la poussière sous les lits... Les murs étaient marqués de partout sans doute par des hôtes peu respectueux. Si le bruit ne vous dérange pas, la localisation est idéale. Le personnel était agréable et accommodant.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

Le seul point négatif est la très grande proximité avec la route: très grand vis-à-vis avec la rue passante et bruit de la route (voitures etc). Seul un petit muret sépare la piscine de la route. De la rue, les passants ont vue sur la piscine... Sinon, propriétaires très gentils et arrangeants.

Hiljattain remontoitu, joten miellyttävän näköinen ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto omalla keittiöllä ja parvekkeella/terassilla, huoneesta voi kävellä suoraan edessä olevalle uima-altaalle. Sijainti Nissi avenuella on kätevä, mutta toisaalta tie on myös varsin vilkas ja meluisakin. Hintaan nähden todella miellyttävä, ei valittamista. Kumkvatti ja laventeli kasvaa etupihalla. Recently renovated, clean, goodlooking and nice location, close to shops and restaurants. Noisy road. Nissi beach also close.

Всё хорошо, кроме шума. Отель почти на дороге и это довольно мешает, особенно когда кто нибудь очень уж громко проедет на мотоцикле (а это по 100 раз за день). А в остальном всё неплохо!
