Better than 3 star. Room recently decorated. Staff very friendly. Good location for sea front. Nice pool area - only complaint is the floor around the pool could do with a deep clean (got dirty feet). Food and drinks by the pool were reasonable.

It was just okay but miss a kettle in the room with complimentary coffee and tea that should be a must of a hotel of that caliber

Lovely hotel. Room was good. Amenities was good. Location was good. Food was nice. Two swimming pools which was nice. One was indoors. There were plenty of sun loungers and staff were nice.

The atmosphere of the hotel was great, it was nice and quiet there. The breakfast was amazing and our room was nice and had a balcony to relax

Very nice hotel, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and beauty. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. In room safe did not work and was reported but wasnt fixed. Free parking was secure but there was only one fob for the electric gate - had to find a legal parking space outside hotel, go into hotel and get fob (several times had to wait in queue behind people checking in/out) get fob, walk back to car. Reverse procedure to retrieve car, get fob get car, find legal parking space, return key. All very time consuming especially as a solo traveller.

For the price, I think it is a bit basic. I expected a little more. Staff at breakfast and reception were mostly rude, blunt and not very helpful. There was one night when it appeared the recpetion lady had had a couple of drinks and smiled! Reception was often unoccupied, so getting the key for the parking area was annoying. Also, if recoetion tried to get you to park in the public parking lot nearby, insist in parking in their private space. There are no plug sockets near the bed and it was a shame that they do not offer tea/ coffee making facitilies in the room. Also the Spa was closed on one day we planned to use it, a Sunday. Breakfast was filling. Overall, it was ok ... a place to sleep, wash and park the car before a full day out. PS. If you are a tea drinker i would recomend bringing a larger mug and preffered teabags 😁

Good location

ITs a nice fancy hotel, close to the beach. The only negative that I could not park in front of the hotel, I was sent away by the recepetionist however many people parked there.

The place is really nice and the stuff are mostly nice but they need to change some old, not very clean bits of the rooms, dining area etc. I enjoyed my stay but I couldn't not notice that every day my room was getting less tidy and less clean, by the last day they even left dirty mugs and didn't change them. Nice if you're not fussy

It was average. The room was small and the bathroom needs some upgrades.

Hotel is centrally located for what I needed to do. Rooms are outdated and need a refresh. Even though breakfast is included, options were limited. How about some fresh fruit,other than slices of orange and grapefruit. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful, but some couldn't care less. You get what you pay for. Average at best in my opinion. Would I stay there again? Yes,for what I came to cyprus for.

The amenities were old, it was an okay experience, i only spent one night! Not the best conditions but the staff was nice and helpful

Everything was great except towels. I think hotel need to purchase new towels and have them in a little bit biger amount per room. Very nice staff, great breakfast - thanks a lot for pleasant staying !!!

Not have can hot water Electricty was fur from bed

Ended up leaving after only 4 hours after checking in. The floor was filthy. Hair everywhere in bathroom and in the fridge. The room was hot and no AC provided in winter months. But does not say that on the booking site. The saunas and hot tub were also closed for winter months but nothing stating that either. No TV channels in English, which I underground but it was not stated anywhere either.

Everything was perfect

In a very convenient location for us to access beach, nice cafes and restaurants. Some building work around the area and noisy motorcycles during the night at weekends but not constant. Very convenient for transport and great breakfasts!
