Navarria Hotel

The hotel is situated between an extremely busy, noisy motorway and another heavily trafficked road. My room faced a construction site and the motorway, which was loud 24/7. The room itself was very basic: two beds, and one cheap, small table with a single chair-hardly enough for two guests. The sockets for charging devices were so far from the bed that you’d need a very long cable to charge your phone while lying down. The food was bland with no flavour and no aroma. The meat was always chewy, and the pasta was overcooked. Choosing half board was a mistake on my part. You don’t even get complimentary water with your dinner. Since the hotel doesn’t offer any complimentary drinks with dinner, it would be nice if the waiters suggested beverages to the guests. Having a menu of available drinks placed on each table would also be helpful, I’m sure it would boost sales. Breakfast offered barely warm dishes. The lounge area is spacious and pleasant, and I appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours. There is also a nice seating area by the swimming pool. The gym was surprisingly spacious. The equipment is very old, but still sufficient for a workout. However, the gym feels quite worn out and would really benefit from an upgrade. The music could also be improved, something more suitable for everyone, and definitely not loud heavy metal. It is a three-star hotel, and it delivers exactly three stars- nothing more.

Very good hotel, very convenient to the beach and near by restaurants. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Very nice lounge, lobby and bar area. Nice pool and deck area. Rooms were very clean.and friendly staff.

Cosy, clean, average pool, bad food

Nice older place, still in good condition, modern style & amenities. Decent size room, but thin walls, easy to hear people next to you. WiFi was intermittent. Good breakfast buffet, and certain hours for lunch & dinner. First of I had was good & tasty & sufficient quantities. Limited tv channels. Nice pool to swim in. Convenient bus stop 3 minutes away. Plenty of places to eat & shop near. Discount supermarket right below hotel. Beach across road & a park with benches & kids area & exercise area. Long walkways along beach.

Upon arriving at the hotel later than expected I was greeted with a friendly reception and had free room upgrade as I'm a VIP Gold member. Also i had free breakfast included in my booking, upon entering the room there was a good size bathroom with bath and shower and also a wardrobe which had a safe and there was also plenty of cupboard space. In the bedroom there was a large king size bed and a good size smart television with plenty of channels to watch including English. I also had a balcony this table and chairs and a sea view, wanner woke up in the morning I went down for breakfast there's a large dining area and a full buffet breakfast with fruit juices, tea and coffee fruit and yogurt and plenty of cheeses and meats to choose from including croissants rolls, cake and cooked meat and fried eggs and boiled eggs ! Would highly recommend if you're in the limousole area and in need of a good value stay, only three star hotel but on the way to four star !

I use the hotel often and overall I am happy. However, during my last 2 visits I have noticed that quality of staff is not as before, especially the cleaning staff. The towel used for the shower as a carpet was very very dirty and was never changed during the cleaning of the room. When I checked in and I went to use the shower I noticed that they towel was never changed but just placed back in place. This is a sign that they dont pay attention to cleaning. How can I trust that same is not happening with bed sheets, pillows etc..

The area around the hotel feels unsafe and dark, and many unpleasant people wander around, but that's not the worst in this hotel.. The hotel itself is not clean at all, the pool has garbage in it and doesn't look like someone is going to clean it. The garbage cans around the pool are full. Oh and the room. The mattress is sagging and the pillow - I could still smell the swear of probably not a single person who used it before me... The choice on the breakfast is very narrow, yes you won't starve, but won't enjoy either I left after 1 night because I couldn't stay in this hotel a minute longer

Everyone that works there are polite and helpful

Its very basic, if you need to just have a place to sleep it will do. Had to change a room from sea view to "highway view" cause wifi was not working at all in the first room. But the change was easy, have to admit that the staff was helpful. My main "complaint" is breakfast quality, really below average to my taste. Obviously walls are very thin and you can hear all that happens in corridors at night too.

Value for money. Basically you get what you pay. They need to change their pillows and beds.....they are in bad condition.....difficult to sleep. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly.

i stayed 3 nights at Navarria hotel , it is basic , with basic breakfast , needs some renovation. at the end you get what you pay. it is a good choice for a budget stay.

The Navarria is ideally located. It is also a very very reasonable price. Therefore keep your expectations low. I could list many things that could be improved but you get what you pay for. It would also be unfair on the hardworking staff.

This hotel is ok, the desk staff was rude every time we spoke to them and the food was horrible. The pool and room was nice but no fridge in the room. The gym and salon was lovely George and Eleftheria were both so lovely and nice!!

I had not used the services nearly as much as I wanted, but I had an emergency and they helped me in ways that they need not… I am grateful and would return again knowing I was satisfied with my experience.
