Great room upgrade However terrible food & restaurant experience sadly but a black mark on the stay

Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, booked through Expedia was put into another hotel of a higher grade for a night and board basis upgraded so can’t complain but was a little inconvenient. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t have the best communication skills. Property was nice though, good spacious connecting rooms, lovely sunbeds x

Veldig dårlige rom og standard til å være 4 stjerners. Begynte første natt med å komme til en ulåst før mellom våres rom og et annet, så endte med at jeg trudde det var et ekstra rom men nei rett inn til noen andre som skrek da jeg åpnet… Uteområdet var det eneste posetive.

We got a non refubrished room. It the hotels.com website was showing only refubrished rooms that why we booked it.

The receptionist was very helpful in ammending our reservation. There was a confusion between booking a family room or a triple room ... so be careful when booking to know exactly what it is. The whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Hotel is very clean and rooms very well equipped.

Tired and in need of a refresh. We only stayed one night so it was all we needed but any longer we would be disappointed. Decent breakfast selection.

The family rooms, with twin beds and bunk beds are not really big enough for a family of four. The pictures on the website make the rooms big bigger than they appear. The pool area is good with access to the beach. Evening entertainment could be much better, was more like a add on rather than integral part of the evening. Focussed on adults rather than families.

Generally more than happy with the stay for the week in Pavlo Napa, and would 100% visit again. We were not given alot of information upon arriving at the hotel reception about the facilities and services offered etc.. However we quickly got to grips and really enjoyed our time especially around the pool in the day with the entertainments team, and in the evening for the mini disco and entertainment. Food was great with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner severed as buffet style. I was however disappointed that ice creams for the kids were only available at lunch time and were limited in selection. The Hotel has direct access onto the beach (Sandy Bay) which was great for watersports and cheaper than nearby Nissi Beach. The hotel is located between centrally on Nissi Ave, approx 1 Mile walk to either Nissi Beach in one direction or Ayia Napa square in the other direction. Wi-Fi was available across the hotel and pool which is a bonus for me. Although with EU data roaming on UK mobiles now inclusive i didn't have to worry about phone costs too much.

It's 20 mintues walk to the center, the air condition didn't work so well but they agrreed to relocate me to another room. The beach is great

Given the hotel had a 4 star rating we expected more than what we found. Note that we were accommodated in the new building. Pros: Great breakfast Very helpful staff Cons: Building and rooms were not well maintained. The room needed some serious update. Definitely not a 4 star. We stayed in a 2 star in larnaca that was 100 times better. The bathroom was very dirty. The bathtub was yellow. I didn't want to step bearfoot. Beach was nice, but note that there is a huge building that was constructed right next to the beach so apart from having an eyesore it was also very noisy. Overall, if you are looking to stay close to Nissi beach and would like to pay up for a location on a beach that you wouldn't use, go for it.

Impressive indoor pool, great location right on the beach, fantastic value for money, good customer service, comfortable and clean. What more can I say, other than that I would stay there again.

Really clean, staff very helpful. Food was outstanding

It was a relaxing stay due to low season, however, dining and overall service remained consistently high. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. I will have no second thoughts staying here again. Location and amenities met our needs. Petrol station is a few miles away and the busier part of town was a short stroll from the hotel. Overall experience - wonderful.

Stayed here for a week at the start if November. This is during the off season. Weather was around 20C. Hotel is right on the beach. Water at the beach was very clean and calm. Hotel experience was average for a 3 star. Cleaning ladies were nice but over worked. Some of the reception ladies were also nice. No concierge service. Free parking is good. Buffet isn’t the best for a vegetarian who doesn’t eat meat, fish or eggs. Hotel should split meat on 1 counter and veggie food on the other. Food labels are not great and no labels on the desserts. Tried to order an eggless birthday cake. Hotel tried to help but wasnt able to make it happen. However they did give free fruit and a small bottle of wine. Drinks you have to pay for separately during lunch/dinner even if you are half board. Pool is ok. Gym is good. Sauna and jacuzzi you have to pay around 10euros to use either per day which is annoying. Indoor pool is very cold. You have to pay to use the deposit box. No iron in the room but you can go to reception and use a shared iron in a room under the reception. There is a pool table which you can pay to use. Table tennis is free. Kids have a small play area. Car hire and quad hire across the road is good. No bath robe or slippers. No free water bottles during the stay in the mini bar. Wasnt able to get a double bed which is what I expected but the hotel helped by putting a thin mattress topper across the twin beds and joined them together. Beds were ok.Not much entertainment

Mediocre hotel with a very cold reception personal. If you are a not FB, every thing is for extra cash and only available at advance reservation.

the room was clean ,no so big. the hotel is nice, good pool, nice looby, close beach very good food

Pictures of rooms weren't indicative of what the actual rooms looked like. Upon inquiry they said that "those rooms in the pics are fully booked" Cleanliness was so-so.
