So Nice Beach Resort

The food time schedule was not good for a young family, lunch was at 1pm and dinner was at 7pm which was far too late. You couldn’t get drinks in the morning until after breakfast had finished. However, the restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. We had an ongoing issue for the duration of our stay where we had no hot water. We complained on a daily basis, sometimes even more than once and it was never resolved. We were travelling with a 15month old and having to shower her in cold water every day meant we had a very upset child, despite the complaints the hotel staff did not care. Kept telling us it would be fixed then as soon as it was it would break within the hour again. They did nothing to help us, could have moved rooms or something but instead we just got comments like “it’s good for you to shower in cold water” which may be acceptable for an adult but definitely not a young child. The hotel was just very basic, everything that looks good in photos was maintained excellently but everything else wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend for a young family. The pools are not really kid friendly, the hotel is quite far out from everything and the food times are just too late for children.

We liked beach and some staff at restaurant. Steve was fantastic and empathetic. The rest does not deserve any positive comment. It was stress and torture. We were not able to enjoy what we paid for. Dirty, not supportive Management, limited cleaning service, Julia was great, mattresses with blood stains, wet, ants, dirty garden with cigarettes and broken glass, the door was not opening with key, every day we needed to walk back to the reception and sometimes waiting up to 2hrs to enter the room so technical staff show up. No telephone communication since telephone is not working in the room. No apologies, and when you complain they ingnore you. At check in our room was not ready so we waited 5hrs to get in the room. We arrived even 1 day later with notice to the Mangment and at the end I needed to depart earlier so for the money that we paid they provided only at last minute late check out for my spouse. We will not be back. To bed I cannot attach room photographs on this review, but I will on google. We will not be back.

sehr unfreundliches Personal. Das Buffet ist eine Zumutung, viel zu wenig Auswahl und teilweise war das Buffet am Morgen völlig leer gegessen, obwohl die Servicezeit noch nicht abgelaufen war.
